Claims (4)
- 被加工物を保持するチャックテーブルと、
スピンドルを備え、該スピンドルに装着された切削ブレードで該チャックテーブルによって保持された該被加工物を切削する、第1切削ユニット及び第2切削ユニットと、
該第1切削ユニットの該スピンドルに装着された該切削ブレードの交換と、該第2切削ユニットの該スピンドルに装着された該切削ブレードの交換とを行うブレード交換装置と、を有する切削装置であって、
該ブレード交換装置は、
該スピンドルに該切削ブレードを固定するためのナットの締め付け及び取り外しを行うナット着脱ユニットと、
該切削ブレードの該スピンドルへの取り付け、及び、該切削ブレードの該スピンドルからの取り外しを行うブレード着脱ユニットと、を備え、
該ナット着脱ユニットは、
回転軸部と、
該回転軸部の一端側に固定され、該第1切削ユニットの該スピンドルに該切削ブレードを固定するための該ナットを保持して回転する第1ナット回転部と、
該回転軸部の他端側に固定され、該第2切削ユニットの該スピンドルに該切削ブレードを固定するための該ナットを保持して回転する第2ナット回転部と、
1つのモータと、
該モータ及び回転軸部に接続され、該回転軸部に該モータの動力を伝達する動力伝達ユニットと、を備えることを特徴とする切削装置。 - 該第1ナット回転部の回転軸と、該第2ナット回転部の回転軸とは、該回転軸部の長さ方向に沿って同一直線上に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切削装置。
- 該動力伝達ユニットは、該回転軸部の回転速度が該モータの回転速度よりも小さくなるように該動力を伝達し、該第1ナット回転部及び該第2ナット回転部のトルクを該モータのトルクよりも大きくする減速機であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の切削装置。
- 該減速機は、かさ歯車又はハイポイドギアを備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の切削装置。
