Description
複数の電池4のうち、隣接する第1電池4a及び第2電池4bの各出力端子10にそれぞれ接合される第1吸熱部14及び第2吸熱部16と、
第1吸熱部14及び第2吸熱部16を電気的に接続するバスバー2(本体部18)と、を備え、
第1吸熱部14及び第2吸熱部16は、バスバー2よりも熱容量が大きく、
バスバー2は、第1吸熱部14に電気的に接続される第1接続部24と、第2吸熱部16に電気的に接続される第2接続部26と、第1接続部24と第2接続部26との間に配置され、第1電池4a及び第2電池4bの相対的な変位に応じて変形する変位吸収部28と、を有する、電池積層体1。

Claims (7)
- 積層される複数の電池と、
前記複数の電池を電気的に接続するバスバーと、を備える電池積層体であって、
前記バスバーは、
前記複数の電池のうち第1電池の出力端子に接合される第1吸熱部と、
前記第1電池と隣り合う第2電池の出力端子に接合される第2吸熱部と、
前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部を電気的に接続する本体部と、を有し、
前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部は、前記本体部よりも熱容量が大きく、
前記本体部は、前記第1吸熱部に接合される第1接続部と、前記第2吸熱部に接合される第2接続部と、前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部との間に配置され、前記第1電池及び前記第2電池の相対的な変位に応じて変形する変位吸収部と、を有し、
前記電池積層体は、
前記第1吸熱部と前記第1電池との間に配置される第1絶縁部と、
前記第2吸熱部と前記第2電池との間に配置される第2絶縁部と、をさらに備え、
前記第1絶縁部は、前記第1吸熱部より熱伝導率が低く、
前記第2絶縁部は、前記第2吸熱部より熱伝導率が低く、
前記第1絶縁部は、前記第1吸熱部側の面に配置される凹部と、当該凹部の底に配置される開口部と、を有し、
前記第1吸熱部は、前記凹部に嵌められ、
前記第1電池の出力端子は、前記開口部に挿通されることを特徴とする電池積層体。 - 前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部は、前記本体部よりも厚い厚肉部を有する請求項1に記載の電池積層体。
- 前記変位吸収部の少なくとも一部は、前記第1電池と前記第2電池の積層方向と交わる方向に延在する請求項1又は2に記載の電池積層体。
- 前記第1電池と前記第2電池の積層方向から見て、前記変位吸収部は少なくとも一部が前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部と重なる請求項3に記載の電池積層体。
- 前記電池積層体は、複数の電圧検出線を有し前記複数の電池の電圧を検出する電圧検出部をさらに備え、
前記複数の電圧検出線はそれぞれ、前記バスバーの前記変位吸収部に当接する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電池積層体。 - 前記電圧検出部は、前記複数の電圧検出線が敷設される基板を有し、
前記基板は、幹部と、当該幹部から各バスバーの前記変位吸収部に向かって延在する複数の枝部と、を有する請求項5に記載の電池積層体。 - 前記枝部は、電池の積層方向に変位可能な第1部分、前記積層方向と直交する第2方向に変位可能な第2部分、並びに、前記積層方向及び前記第2方向と直交する第3方向に変位可能な第3部分の少なくとも1つを有する請求項6に記載の電池積層体。
