Abstract
Description
複数の電池4のうち、隣接する第1電池4a及び第2電池4bの各出力端子10にそれぞれ接合される第1吸熱部14及び第2吸熱部16と、
第1吸熱部14及び第2吸熱部16を電気的に接続するバスバー2(本体部18)と、を備え、
第1吸熱部14及び第2吸熱部16は、バスバー2よりも熱容量が大きく、
バスバー2は、第1吸熱部14に電気的に接続される第1接続部24と、第2吸熱部16に電気的に接続される第2接続部26と、第1接続部24と第2接続部26との間に配置され、第1電池4a及び第2電池4bの相対的な変位に応じて変形する変位吸収部28と、を有する、電池積層体1。

Claims (9)
- 第1電池の出力端子に接合される第1吸熱部と、
前記第1電池と隣り合う第2電池の出力端子に接合される第2吸熱部と、
前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部を電気的に接続する本体部と、を備え、
前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部は、前記本体部よりも熱容量が大きく、
前記本体部は、前記第1吸熱部に電気的に接続される第1接続部と、前記第2吸熱部に電気的に接続される第2接続部と、前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部との間に配置され、前記第1電池及び前記第2電池の相対的な変位に応じて変形する変位吸収部と、を有することを特徴とするバスバー。 - 前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部は、前記本体部よりも厚い厚肉部を有する請求項1に記載のバスバー。
- 前記変位吸収部の少なくとも一部は、第1電池と第2電池の積層方向と交わる方向に延在する請求項1又は2に記載のバスバー。
- 第1電池と第2電池の積層方向から見て、前記変位吸収部は少なくとも一部が前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部と重なる請求項3に記載のバスバー。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のバスバーと、
前記バスバーにより互いに電気的に接続された複数の電池と、を備えることを特徴とする電池積層体。 - 積層される複数の電池と、
前記複数の電池のうち、隣接する第1電池及び第2電池の各出力端子にそれぞれ接合される第1吸熱部及び第2吸熱部と、
前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部を電気的に接続するバスバーと、を備え、
前記第1吸熱部及び前記第2吸熱部は、前記バスバーよりも熱容量が大きく、
前記バスバーは、前記第1吸熱部に電気的に接続される第1接続部と、前記第2吸熱部に電気的に接続される第2接続部と、前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部との間に配置され、前記第1電池及び前記第2電池の相対的な変位に応じて変形する変位吸収部と、を有することを特徴とする電池積層体。 - 複数の電圧検出線を有し、前記複数の電池の電圧を検出する電圧検出部をさらに備え、
前記複数の電圧検出線はそれぞれ、前記バスバーの前記変位吸収部に当接する請求項5又は6に記載の電池積層体。 - 前記電圧検出部は、前記複数の電圧検出線が敷設される基板を有し、
前記基板は、幹部と、当該幹部から各バスバーの前記変位吸収部に向かって延在する複数の枝部と、を有する請求項7に記載の電池積層体。 - 前記枝部は、電池の積層方向に変位可能な第1部分、前記積層方向と直交する第2方向に変位可能な第2部分、並びに、前記積層方向及び前記第2方向と直交する第3方向に変位可能な第3部分の少なくとも1つを有する請求項8に記載の電池積層体。
