Claims (14)
- 対象の皮膚の切開部から血液を採取して保存する装置であって、
開口部を有するハウジングと、
血液の採取を可能にするため、前記対象の皮膚を貫通するために前記開口部を通って延びることができる1つ以上の穿刺要素と、
血液を採取して保存するための1つ以上のマトリックスを保持するように構成されたカートリッジと、
前記カートリッジを受け入れるように構成されたカートリッジチャンバであって、前記カートリッジは、前記カートリッジチャンバの出力ポートに解放可能に結合される、カートリッジチャンバと、
前記皮膚が前記ハウジングの底面に位置する凹部に引き込まれている間に、前記ハウジングに接続された前記カートリッジへの血液の収集を可能にするために、前記対象の皮膚を貫通するために前記ハウジングの前記開口部を介して伸長可能な前記1つ以上の穿刺要素を第2の方向に作動させるために、前記第2の方向とは異なる第1の方向へ移動するように構成された、前記ハウジングに設けられた第1の入力インターフェースと、

- 皮膚は、前記真空によって前記凹部内に引き込まれ、1秒未満で前記凹部を完全に満たす、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、接着剤及び前記真空を使用して前記対象の皮膚上の所定の位置に支持されて保持され、任意選択的に、前記装置は、重力の補助によって血液の採取を促進する位置又は配向で前記対象の腕の上部に使用するように構成される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、(a)前記凹部の前記サイズ又は前記形状、及び/又は、(b)真空圧力に応じた速度で血液を採取するように構成される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記真空は、前記真空チャンバの壁に設けられたバリヤを破ることによって作動させられ、前記真空チャンバと前記凹部との間の流体連通は、前記バリヤが破られたときに確立され、任意選択的に、前記真空チャンバは、真空の前記初期状態を提供するために空気が前記真空チャンバから引き出される隔壁を有する、請求項4に記載の装置。
