Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO, MéTODO E KIT PARA ARAMZENAMENTO E ANáLISE DE UMA PORçãO CONTENDO áCIDO NUCLEICO EM UMA AMOSTRA BIOLóGICA". De acordo com a presente, invenção provê-se um dispositivo, método e kit para detectar quaisquer porções contendo material genérico. A presente invenção permite a identificação de vírions ou bactérias conhecidos ou desconhecidos contidos em um fluido no mesmo, com vírions em uma amostra de sangue. Também é provido um dispositivo e altamente automatizável para triagens em massa e a descoberta de variantes de seqüência de vírios previamente não detectados, e outras porções contendo material genérico. Em uma forma de realização, a presente invenção utilizapelo manos um iniciador para análise.
