Claims (9)
- 合成樹脂製の強度部材に設けられた装着孔に、外力が及ぼされる取付部材が該装着孔への内挿状態で組み付けられた車両用樹脂モジュールにおいて、
前記取付部材が、前記装着孔の内周面に当接して覆う内挿状態で配される筒状部を有するアウタ金具を備えていると共に、該アウタ金具には該筒状部の外周側に突出する外周突部が設けられており、
前記強度部材が、該アウタ金具の該外周突部を該装着孔の周壁の内部へ差し入れるようにして埋入された構造のインサート成形品とされていると共に、
該アウタ金具の該筒状部の外周面と該外周突部の埋入された部分の表面が該強度部材に対して接着剤によって直接に固着されている車両用樹脂モジュール。 - 合成樹脂製の前記強度部材には金属製の補強部材が固着されており、該補強部材に対して前記アウタ金具の前記外周突部が前記装着孔の中心軸方向で重なっている請求項1に記載の車両用樹脂モジュール。
- 前記補強部材は、前記装着孔の周壁部分に位置する周壁補強部と、該装着孔の周壁部分から外周側に広がるプレート状補強部とを、一体的に備えている請求項2に記載の車両用樹脂モジュール。
- 前記補強部材は、前記装着孔の内周面から外周側に離隔して配置されており、該補強部材と前記アウタ金具の前記筒状部との間には、前記強度部材を構成する合成樹脂からなる軸直角方向の中間樹脂層が介在している請求項2又は3に記載の車両用樹脂モジュール。
- 前記補強部材は、前記装着孔の内周面に露出しており、該補強部材と前記アウタ金具の前記筒状部とが当接している請求項2又は3に記載の車両用樹脂モジュール。
- 前記補強部材と前記外周突部とが前記装着孔の中心軸方向で離隔しており、該補強部材と該外周突部との間には、前記強度部材を構成する合成樹脂からなる軸方向の中間樹脂層が介在している請求項2~5の何れか一項に記載の車両用樹脂モジュール。
- 前記アウタ金具の前記外周突部と前記補強部材との少なくとも一方は、前記装着孔の周方向の全周に亘って連続して設けられている請求項2~6の何れか一項に記載の車両用樹脂モジュール。
- 合成樹脂製の強度部材に設けられた装着孔に、外力が及ぼされる取付部材が該装着孔への内挿状態で組み付けられた車両用樹脂モジュールを製造するに際して、
前記取付部材において、前記装着孔の内周面に当接して覆う内挿状態で配される筒状部と該筒状部の外周側に突出する外周突部を有するアウタ金具を採用して、
前記強度部材の成形型の成形キャビティ内へ該アウタ金具をインサートし、
該アウタ金具の該筒状部において該装着孔の内周面を覆う外周面及び該外周突部において該装着孔の周壁の内部へ埋入される部分の表面に接着剤を付着せしめた状態で該成形キャビティ内へ樹脂材料を充填してインサート成形することにより、
該強度部材の成形と同時に、該アウタ金具の該筒状部の外周面を該強度部材の該装着孔の内周面に対して接着すると共に、該アウタ金具の該外周突部を該装着孔の周壁の内部へ差し入れるようにして埋入させて接着する車両用樹脂モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記強度部材の内部に埋設される補強部材の外周面に接着剤が付着された状態で、該補強部材が前記アウタ金具と共に該強度部材の前記成形キャビティ内にセットされることで、該強度部材の成形と同時に該補強部材が該強度部材に接着される請求項8に記載の車両用樹脂モジュールの製造方法。
