Description
以下、本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
まず、実施形態に係る印刷装置の概要について説明する。
まず、図1及び図2を参照し、実施形態に係る印刷装置1の構成について説明する。
図1は、実施形態に係る印刷装置1の外観の一例を示す図である。図2は、印刷装置1の内部構造の一例を示す図である。
また、通常モード、省エネルギーモードに拘わらず、制御部9は、電源電圧検出部10からの入力に基づき、駆動電源8の電源電圧が定常的に一定値高い場合において電源電圧が閾電圧以上であると判断でき、その結果、高電圧エラーとすることができる。一方、通常モード、省エネルギーモードに拘わらず、制御部9は、電源電圧検出部10からの入力に基づき、駆動電源8の電源電圧が所定期間だけ一定値でない値(不定値)高い場合において逆起電力による電圧上昇であると判断でき、その結果、高電圧エラーとしない。
また、制御部9は、電源電圧検出部10の状態を当該電源電圧の検出を無効な状態へと変化させることもできる。これにより、印刷装置1では、モーター43において発生した逆起電力に応じて生じた当該電源電圧の上昇が起きた場合において、電源電圧が閾電圧以上であると制御部9が高電圧エラーとして誤判定してしまうことにより印刷装置1を停止させてしまうことを、抑制することができる。
また、上記のプログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであってもよい。さらに、上記のプログラムは、前述した機能をコンピューターシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるもの、いわゆる差分ファイル又は差分プログラムであってもよい。
Claims (6)
- 媒体を搬送方向へ搬送するプラテンローラーと、
前記プラテンローラーを駆動する モーターと、
前記モーターを駆動する駆動回路と、
前記駆動回路を介して 前記モーターを制御する制御部と、
前記プラテンローラーと対向する位置に設けられており、前記プラテンローラーと前記 媒体を挟んだ状態で前記媒体に印刷するサーマルヘッドと、
前記プラテンローラーによって前記搬送方向へ搬送される前記媒体が排出される排出口 と、
前記サーマルヘッドと前記排出口の間に設けられており、前記サーマルヘッドによって 印刷された前記媒体を切断する切断部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記駆動回路から前記モーターの逆起電力に応じた信号を取得し、
取得した前記信号に基づいて、前記媒体が前記搬送方向へ移動した長さを判定し、判定 した長さの分、前記搬送方向とは逆の方向へ前記媒体を前記プラテンローラーに搬送させ る処理、または、
取得した前記信号に基づいて、前記サーマルヘッドの位置より前記搬送方向の下流へ移 動した前記媒体を前記切断部に切断させる処理、を行う、
印刷装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記モーターを停止させ、
動作モードを通常モードから省エネルギーモードへ変更し、
前記動作モードが前記省エネルギーモードである場合に、前記信号を取得する、
請求項1に記載の印刷装置。 - 差動増幅回路を更に備え、
前記差動増幅回路は、
前記信号を増幅し、
前記制御部は、
前記差動増幅回路によって増幅された前記信号を割込信号として受け付ける、
請求項1又は2に記載の印刷装置。 - 前記媒体は、1以上のラベルが貼付されたラベルシートであり、
前記ラベルシート上における前記ラベルの位置を検出する位置検出部を備える、
請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載の印刷装置。 - 前記信号を検出する信号検出部と、
前記モーターの電源電圧を検出する電源電圧検出部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記モーターを停止させた場合、前記信号検出部の状態を前記信号の検出が可能な状態へと変化させるとともに、前記電源電圧検出部の状態を前記電源電圧の検出が不可能な状態へと変化させる、
請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の印刷装置。 - 前記信号を検出する信号検出部と、
前記モーターの電源電圧を検出する電源電圧検出部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記モーターを停止させた場合、前記信号検出部が検出した前記信号を受け付け、前記電源電圧検出部が検出した電源電圧に応じた信号を受け付けない、
請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の印刷装置。
