Description
従って、今後のハイブリッド用途の開発には技術的および経済的に解決すべき課題がある。

(B)サービスおよび動力取出し(PTO)エリア、
(C)ファンおよびベルトドライブエリア、
[図1]および[図2]はケーブル通路(Kabelkanal)を有するオーバーヘッド制御ユニット1を示す。このケーブル通路はシリンダーヘッドカバーと平行に配置するか、シリンダーヘッドカバーの内部に直接配置される。
E-機械12(マイルドハイブリッドシステム、System Mild Hybrid)はヘビーデューティ用に設計され、防塵保護されている。この電気-機械12を直接接続するためのアダプタユニット13(SAE-エリア)がクランクケースの中心に配置される。高電圧変換器(Hochvolt-Umrichter)15はフロントプレートにソフトにマウントされ、取付けられる。スタータ16はダスト保護仕様にしてもしなくてもよく、防水設計をしてもしなくてもよい。エンジンオイルクーラ17ーはクランクケースとに完全一体化され、冷却循環システムに直接流体接続されている。フロントプレート18はクランクケースの中心に配置され、それに直接結合されている。
電気機械20をファンベルトドライブのエリアでクランクケースの中心に直接接続するためにアダプタユニット19が配置されている。ヘビーデューティ用の設計ではこの電気機械20およびアダプタユニット19を防塵保護する。
電動モータ8はアタッチメントギア7上に配置され、このアタッチメントギア7はフロントサイドホイールドライブ上に配置される。この電動モータ8を支持する支持ブラケット9は油圧ポンプ24に当接している。オイルパン10はクランクケース4の下方に配置されている。
電動モータ12は-アダプタユニット(SAE)13を介して内燃機関の端部に配置されている。排気ガス再循環(EGR)モジュール14は排気管および排気ガスターボチャージャ(ATL)11の下側かつ電動モータ/スタータモータ16およびエンジンオイルクーラ17の上方のほぼシリンダヘッド2の高さの所に配置されている。高電圧変換器15は、内燃機関の上記と反対側の他方の端部でアダプタユニット19および電動モータ20の上方で、電動モータ20にライン接続されている。クランクケースの上記他方の端側にはフロントプレート(Frontplatte)18が配置されている。
[図4]はコモンレール21に実質的にワイヤレス接続された高圧ディーゼルポンプ3の構成を示している。開いたシリンダヘッドがクランクケース4の上側にあり、シリンダヘッドカバー23の下に配置されたワイヤハーネス22が示めされている。シリンダヘッドカバー23の下方では噴射装置25がシリンダヘッド23から突出している。内燃機関の燃料はコモンレール21を介して噴射装置25に供給される。

Claims (5)
- クランクケース(4)と、このクランクケース(4)上に配置された一つの電動モータ(20)と、この電動モータ(20)にライン接続された少なくとも一つの高電圧変換器(15)と、シリンダヘッドカバー(23)とを有する内燃機関であって、
上記内燃機関および/または上記電動モータ(20)を制御するための少なくとも1つの制御ユニット(1)を有し、
上記高電圧変換器(15)はクランクケース(4)の正面に結合されたフロントプレート(18)に取り付けられており、
上記電動モータ(20)は上記フロントプレート(18)に固定されたアダプタユニット(19)に取り付けられており、
上記シリンダヘッドカバー(23)上にコモンレール(21)が配置されていることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 上記制御ユニット(1)がワイヤハーネス(22)に接続可能で、このワイヤハーネス(22)は上記シリンダヘッドカバー(23)上に配置されているか、上記シリンダヘッドカバー(23)と一体化されている請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- エンジンオイルクーラー(17)とスタータ電動モータ(16)とをさらに有し、上記エンジンオイルクーラー(17)がクランクケース(4)の排気側の側部の上記スタータ電動モータ(16)の後方且つこのスタータ電動モータ(16)とほぼ同じ高さの所に配置されている請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関。
- 排気ガス再循環(EGR)モジュール(14)をさらに有し、この排気ガス再循環(EGR)モジュール(14)が上記エンジンオイルクーラー(17)の上方で且つクランクケース(4)の排気側の側部に配置されている請求項3に記載の内燃機関。
- 高圧ポンプ(3)をさらに有し、この高圧ポンプ(3)はシリンダヘッド(2)のサービス側の側部に配置され、この高圧ポンプ(3)はシリンダーヘッドカバー(23)内で上記コモンレール(21)と接続可能である請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
