Abstract
Beschrieben wird eine mobile Arbeitsmaschine, umfassend wenigstens eine Verbrennungskraftmaschine (1), einen ISG (Integrierter Starter Generator) (4) zur Erzeugung einer elektrischen Leistung und/oder eines Drehmoments, wobei der ISG (4) wenigstens einen Stator und wenigstens einen Rotor aufweist, wobei der ISG (4) in Wirkverbindung mit der Kurbelwelle der Verbrennungskraftmaschine (1) steht.
Description
MOBILE ARBEITSMASCHINE MIT INTEGRIERTEM STARTER GENERATOR
B E S C H R E I B U N G
In mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen sind oftmals elektrische Verbraucher verbaut, wie z. B. Magnete, Heizungen, Lüfterantriebe, die hohe elektrische Leistungen benötigen. In konventionellen Arbeitsmaschinen wird diese elektrische Leistung durch Generatoren erzeugt, die entweder mechanisch über einen Riementrieb oder hydraulisch über einen separaten Hydromotor angetrieben werden.
Aus der DE 1995531 1 ist ein Antriebssystem für ein Flurförderzeug bekannt, das eine Antriebsvorrichtung und mindestens ein Aggregat für Arbeitsbewegungen des Flurförderzeugs aufweist, mit einer Brennkraftmaschine, einem mit der Motorwelle gekoppelten stufenlos verstellbaren Verstellgetriebe, einem Sammelgetriebe, dessen eine Eingangswelle direkt mit der Welle der Brennkraftmaschine gekoppelt ist und dessen zweite Eingangswelle mit der Abtriebswelle des Verstellgetriebes gekoppelt ist, einem Elektromotor, dessen Welle mit einer dritten Eingangswelle des Sammelgetriebes gekoppelt ist, einem Umschaltgetriebe zwischen der Abtriebswelle des Sammelgetriebes und den Antriebsrädern des Flurförderzeugs, einer Batterie, die über eine Leistungselektronik mit dem Elektromotor verbunden ist.
Nachteilig daran ist, dass derartige Lösungen über einen geringen Wirkungsgrad verfügen und baulich aufwendig gestaltet sind und für zusätzliche Kosten sorgen.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Bereitstellung hoher elektrischer Leistungen, insbesondere in mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen für elektrische Verbrau-
eher bei verbessertem Wirkungsgrad, erhöhter Umweltverträglichkeit bei vertretbaren Kosten zu realisieren.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Lehre des Patentanspruchs 1 und 12 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor. Die elektrische Leistung wird mit einem kompakten und integrierten Schwungradgenerator mit einem deutlich höheren Wirkungsgrad erzeugt. Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung sieht vor, dass eine konventionelle mobile Arbeitsmaschine, bestehend aus einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine und mit einer parallel angeordneten Elektromaschine, die räumlich an die Stelle des Schwungrades tritt, geschaffen wird. Die Elektromaschine erzeugt über eine Leistungselektronik elektrische Leistung, unter anderem für die verschiedenartigsten Verbraucher wie beispielsweise eine Bohlenheizung in Asphalt- oder Straßenfertigern, Elektromagnete z. B. in Schrottbaggern oder für andere externe Verbraucher, angeschlossen über eine dreiphasige Steckdose oder über eine einphasige Steckdose. Vorteilhaft ist daran, dass die erfindungsgemäße mobile Arbeitsmaschine Treibstoff und Bauraum spart. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass durch den eingesparten Bauraum Platz geschaffen wird für ein Abgasnachbehandlungssystem, so dass in Verbindung mit dem Treibstoffeinspareffekt ein verstärkter Umweltschutzaspekt zum Tragen kommt.

In Figur 1 wird die Ansteuerung eines Hubmagneten mit spannungsgeregeltem variablem Gleichspannungszwischenkreis, H-Brücke zur Spannungsumkehr und Stromregelung zur Versorgung des Hubmagneten 9, DC/DC-Wandler 5 für das 12 V Bordnetz, DC/AC-Wandler 6 für 1 10 bzw. 230 V, 50/60 Hz Steckdose mit 16 A Sicherung und einem externen An- schluss weiterer Hochleistungsverbraucher wie z. B. einem elektrischen Lüfter im Gleichspannungszwischenkreis, dargestellt.
Figur 2 zeigt die Ansteuerung einer Bohlenheizung mit spannungsgeregeltem variablem Gleichspannungszwischenkreis, H-Brücke zur Stromregelung mit übergeordneter Temperaturregelung zur Versorgung der Bohlenheizung 8, DC/DC-Wandler 5 für das 12 V Bordnetz, DC/AC-Wandler 6 für die 1 10/ 230 V, 50 bzw.60 Hz Steckdose mit 16 A Absicherung, externem Anschluss weiterer Hochleistungsverbraucher wie z. B. einem elektrischen Lüfter im Gleichspannungszwischenkreis.
Die alternative Ansteuerung einer Bohlenheizung wird in Figur 3 dargestellt, wobei die Stromregelung mit einer übergeordneten Temperaturregelung zur Versorgung der Bohlenheizung mittels variabler Zwischenkreis- spannung realisiert ist.
In Figur 4 wird ein dreiphasiges Leistungsbordnetz mit spannungsgeregeltem variablem Gleichspannungszwischenkreis offenbart. Es stellt ein stromgeregeltes Dreiphasen 400 Volt, 16/32/64 A Bordnetz für externe Verbraucher zur Verfügung. Weiter weist es einen DC/DC-Wandler 5 für das 12 V Bordnetz, einen DC/AC-Wandler 6 für eine 1 10/ 230 Volt, 50/60 Hz Steckdose mit 16 A Absicherung auf. Des Weiteren ist ein externer Anschluss weiterer Hochleistungsverbraucher wie z. B. ein elektrischer Lüfter im Gleichspannungszwischenkreis vorgesehen. Bei unsymmetrischen Belastungen des Leistungsbordnetzes kann alternativ eine vierte Halbbrücke hinzugefügt werden, an der der Sternpunkt angeschlossen wird. In einer
weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Weiterbildung ist vorgesehen, dass eine portable Hebebühne eine derartige Verbrennungskraftmaschine 1 mit ISG 4 und Leistungselektronik 3 aufweist, wobei die Spannungswandler 5, 6 in der Leistungselektronik 3 angeordnet sind, um der Hebebühne ein unabhängiges Stromnetz zur Verfügung zu stellen, z. B. zum Betrieb eines Dampfstrahlers auf der Hebebühne.
Abwurf der Einheiten bei dynamischen Vorgängen
Zur Steigerung der Dynamik des Antriebstrangs können mittels einer geeigneten Kommunikation zwischen Leistungselektronik und Steuergerät des Dieselmotors die elektrischen Verbraucher abgeschaltet werden, bei denen dies aus technischer Sicht möglich ist. So kann z. B. bei Lastaufschaltungen oder Drehzahlsprüngen für eine begrenzte Zeitdauer die Bohlenheizung deaktiviert und sofort nach Beendigung des dynamischen Vorgangs wieder aktiviert werden.
Rückspeisen der elektrischen Energie in den Antriebsstrang
Bei der Verwendung von Hubmagneten 9 besteht die Notwendigkeit, nach dem Abschalten des Magneten, die in diesem gespeicherte magnetische Energie so schnell wie möglich abzubauen. Hierbei werden oftmals Widerstände verwendet, in denen die elektrische Energie in thermische Energie umgewandelt wird. Beim vorliegenden erfinderischen System besteht die Möglichkeit, die elektrische Energie über den Umweg der Rückspeisung - der ISG 4 wird als Generator verwendet - in einen elektrischen Energiespeicher 7 wie beispielsweise eines NiMh, LiPo oder LiFePo-Akkus oder eines Hochstromkondensators und der anschließenden Umsetzung in einem Verbraucher z. B. als mechanische Energie in den Antriebsstrang zu- rückzuspeisen. Zu diesem Zweck wird die elektrische Energie rekuperiert und es wird kein separater Widerstand, an dem die Energie einfach nur unnütz verbrannt wird, benötigt.
In Figur 5 wird eine mobile Arbeitsmaschine mit Verbrennungskraftmaschine 1 , Steuergerät der Verbrennungskraftmaschine 1 , der zugehörigen Leistungselektronik 3 dargestellt. Die Verbrennungskraftmaschine 1 weist
einen sogenannten Integrierten Starter Generator 4 auf, der über Stator und Rotor verfügt und in einem Betriebszustand als Starter der Verbrennungskraftmaschine 1 wirkt, in einem anderen Betriebszustand wirkt der ISG 4 als Generator. In Figur 5 ist zu sehen, dass der ISG 4 an Stelle der bei Verbrennungskraftmaschinen üblichen Schwungrädern angeordnet ist, was zum Vorteil hat, dass ein sonst notwendiges Teil ersetzt werden kann, was Kosten und Bauraum einspart. Der eingesparte Bauraum kann für weitere Abgasnachbehandlungsvorrichtungen wie beispielsweise DPF, SCR, AGR, AGR-Kühlung verwendet werden, die nicht dargestellt sind. Die Leistungselektronik enthält einen DC/DC-Wandler 5 sowie einen DC/AC- Wandler 6, einen elektrischen Energiespeicher 7, eventuell eine Heizung 8, einen Magneten 9, einen elektrischen Aktuator 10 sowie einen Umrichter 1 1 .
Das System zum Betrieb von mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen, das in Figur 6 in Form eines Blockschaltbildes dargestellt wird, hat die Steigerung des Gesamtwirkungsgrads zum Ziel. Die Systemsteuerung steuert und regelt alle Systemkomponenten übergeordnet. Die Elektromaschine ist in die Verbrennungskraftmaschine integriert. Die Drehmomente der Verbrennungskraftmaschine, der Elektromaschine bzw. des ISG 4 und des Antriebsstrangs können bedarfsorientiert zugeordnet werden. Die Elektromaschine 4 ist mit einem Umrichter 1 1 verbunden. Der Umrichter 1 1 versorgt alle elektrischen Verbraucher. Der Umrichter 1 1 versorgt bzw. lädt den elektrischen Energiespeicher 7 auf. Ein weiterer elektrischer Energiespeicher kann alternativ vorhanden sein, insbesondere wenn unterschiedliche Spannungen erforderlich sind. Die Schnittstellen für die unterschiedlichen Verbraucher wie z. B. der Arbeitsmagnet 9, der Aktuator 10, der 12 Volt DC Anschluss, der 230 bzw. 380 Volt AC Anschluss, die Nebenaggregate, z. B. wie Heizung 8, können vollständig oder teilweise im Umrichter 1 1 integriert sein. Die in den Verbrauchern wie Arbeitsmagnet 9 und / oder Aktuator 10 gespeicherte Energie kann in den Antriebsstrang zurückgespeist werden. Die in den Verbrauchern wie Arbeitsmagnet 9 und / oder Aktuator 10 gespeicherte Energie kann in den elektrischen Energiespeicher 7 zurückgespeist werden. Die im elektrischen Energiespeicher 7 gespeicherte Energie
kann zur Unterstützung des Verbrennungsmotors 1 genutzt werden. Die im elektrischen Energiespeicher 7 gespeicherte Energie kann zur Versorgung der Verbraucher wie dem Arbeitsmagnet 9, dem Aktuator 10, dem 12 Volt DC-Anschluss, dem 230/380 Volt AC-Anschluss, den Nebenaggregaten oder der Heizung 9 genutzt werden. Die im Antriebsstrang gespeicherte Energie kann mittels ISG 4 in den elektrischen Energiespeicher zurückgespeist werden. Die im Antriebsstrang gespeicherte Energie kann zur Versorgung der elektrischen Verbraucher herangezogen werden. Die Nebenaggregate können bedarfsorientiert betrieben werden. Der 12 Volt DC- und der 230/380 Volt AC-Anschluss kann zur Versorgung von Standardverbrauchern benutzt werden.

Claims
1 . Mobile Arbeitsmaschine, umfassend wenigstens eine Verbrennungskraftmaschine (1 ), einen ISG (Integrierter Starter Generator) (4) zur Erzeugung einer elektrischen Leistung und/oder eines Drehmoments, wobei der ISG (4) wenigstens einen Stator und wenigstens einen Rotor aufweist, wobei der ISG (4) in Wirkverbindung mit der Kurbelwelle der Verbrennungskraftmaschine steht.
2. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine Leistungselektronikeinheit aufweist.
3. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen 12 und/oder 24 und/oder 36 und/oder 48 Volt DC/DC-Wandler (5), insbesondere für das Bordnetz aufweist.
4. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen DC/AC-Wandler (6) für insbesondere ein 1 10/230/380 Volt Netz aufweist.
5. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen elektrischen Energiespeicher (7) aufweist.
6. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine Heizung (8) umfasst.
7. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen Arbeitsmagneten (9) umfasst.
8. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen insbesondere elektrischen Aktuator (10) umfasst.
9. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens ein Nebenaggregat aufweist.
10. Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine Hydraulikanlage mit wenigstens einer Pumpe und wenigstens einem Verbraucher aufweist.
1 1 . Mobile Arbeitsmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen Linear- und/oder Rotationsmotor aufweist.
12. Verfahren zum Betreiben von insbesondere mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insbesondere eine Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche zum Einsatz kommt.
