- 制御ユニット(1)がシリンダヘッドカバーと実質的に一体化されたケーブルハーネスに接続可能である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- エンジンオイルクーラー(17)がクランクケースの側部、特に排気側の側部の電動モータ(16)の後方且つ電動モータ(16)とほぼ同じ高さの所に配置されている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 排気ガス再循環(EGR)モジュールがエンジンオイルクーラー(17)の上方じクランクケースの側部、特に排気側の側部に配置されている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 高圧ポンプが基本的にシリンダヘッドの側部、特にサービス側の側部に配置され、シリンダーヘッド カバー内でコモンレールと接続可能である請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- クランクケースの横側に配置された電動モータ(8)の下側に少なくとも一つの油圧ポンプが配置され、上記電動モータ(8)がフロントギアボックスの伝動装置によって駆動される請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
