- サーミスタ製造用のNTC素材であって、一般組成NixMn2O4-δを有するMn-Ni-O系から成るセラミック材料を主成分として含有し、付加的に少なくともZrO 2 をドーパントとして含有し、
yが、c(Ni):(c(Ni) + c(Mn))として定義されるMn-Ni-O系から成るセラミック材料の全金属含有量に対するNiのモル分率に対応し、aが、ZrO 2 の含有量に対応し100wt%のNi x Mn 2 O 4-δ に基づくとして、以下が成り立つNTC素材。

e)前記プレスされ積層されたセラミックシートからセラミック部材を打ち抜くステップ
f)前記セラミック部材を脱バインダするステップ
g)前記セラミック基体を得るために、前記セラミック部材を焼結するステップ
h)前記セラミック基体の上に外部接点(20’,30’)を塗布するステップ - 前記第1及び第2の内部電極(20,30)用に、Ag、Pd及び両元素の合金を含む群から選択される金属が用いられる、請求項12に記載のサーミスタの製造方法。
