Description
基布層は、ポリプロピレンで形成された原糸を用いて編織布構造の生地を形成して100g/m2の基布層サンプルを製造した。ここで、編織布原糸の繊度は、経糸は300~500デニールであり、緯糸は1,000~1,400デニールである。編織布原糸の経糸密度は90~130本/cmであり、緯糸密度は50~70本/cmであり得る。
実施例1と同じ方法を用いて、75g/m2の基布層サンプルを製造した。
実施例1と同じ方法を用いて、125g/m2の基布層サンプルを製造した。
バッファ層は、繊維長が50mmで、クリンプ率が20%で、繊度が3デニールであり、融点が異なる低融点の第1繊維と高融点の第2繊維を用いて厚さ3mmの不織布で形成し、120g/m2のバッファ層サンプルを製造した。低融点の第1繊維と高融点の第2繊維は短繊維である。
実施例2と同じ方法を用いて、75g/m2のバッファ層サンプルを製造した。
実施例2と同じ方法を用いて、165g/m2のバッファ層サンプルを製造した。
バッキング層は、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステルなどからなる長繊維を用いて厚さ0.4mmの不織布を形成し、50g/m2のバッキング層サンプルを製造した。
実施例3と同じ方法を用いて、25g/m2のバッキング層サンプルを製造した。
実施例3と同じ方法を用いて、75g/m2のバッキング層サンプルを製造した。
編織布からなる基布層と、低融点の第1繊維及び高融点の第2繊維からなる短繊維不織布からなるバッファ層とを結合してパイル糸をタフティングし、長繊維不織布からなるバッキング層を結合して人工芝を形成し、250g/m2の人工芝サンプルを製造した。ここで、低融点の第1繊維、パイル糸及びバッキング層の長繊維は融解して互いに結合されている。
基布層にパイル糸をタフティングし、基布層からパイル糸が離脱しないように基布層をスチレンブタジエンゴム(styrenebutadiene rubber)でコーティングして人工芝サンプルを製造した。
基布層にパイル糸をタフティングし、基布層からパイル糸が離脱しないように基布層にポリエチレンフィルムで形成されたバッキング層を結合して人工芝サンプルを製造した。

Claims (21)
- 基布層と、
前記基布層の下面に位置し、短繊維不織布で形成されたバッファ層と、
前記基布層及び前記バッファ層を貫通してタフティングされており、一側が前記基布層の上側に突出しており、他側が前記バッファ層の下面に位置するパイル部と、
前記バッファ層の下面及び前記パイル部の他側と接しており、長繊維不織布で形成されたバッキング層と、
を含み、
前記バッファ層の少なくとも一部分が前記基布層を貫通して前記基布層の上面に位置して気孔が形成される、人工芝。 - 前記バッファ層は、融点が互いに異なる第1繊維及び第2繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記第1繊維の融点は120℃~150℃であり、前記第2繊維の融点は200℃~260℃である、請求項2に記載の人工芝。
- 前記第1繊維と前記第2繊維の混合比率は、10~50:50~90の重量比(w/w%)である、請求項2に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッファ層は、低融点の第1繊維及び高融点の第2繊維を含み、前記低融点の第1繊維と前記パイル部の他側が互いに混合された状態で硬化して結合され、引抜強度は80Nを超える、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記低融点の第1繊維が前記パイル部の他側を包んでいる、請求項5に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッファ層はポリプロピレン又はポリエステルである、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッファ層の厚さは1~3mmであり、前記バッキング層の厚さは0.1~0.4mmである、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッキング層の下面に接着剤を塗布するとき、前記接着剤が前記バッキング層及び前記バッファ層を透過可能である、請求項8に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッキング層は前記パイル部の他側と融解して混合された状態で硬化して結合され、剥離強度は90Nを超える、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッキング層はポリプロピレン又はポリエステルである、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッファ層はコア(Core)部及び前記コア部を包む被覆部を含む複合紡糸で形成されており、前記被覆部の融点は前記コア部の融点よりも低い、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記被覆部と前記パイル部の他側は融解して互いに混合された状態で硬化して結合される、請求項12に記載の人工芝。
- 前記コア部はポリプロピレン又はポリエステルであり、前記被覆部はポリエチレン又はポリプロピレンである、請求項12に記載の人工芝。
- 前記基布層と前記バッファ層は融解せず、前記基布層を貫通した前記バッファ層の一部分によって互いに結合されており、前記バッキング層の上面、前記基布層の下面、及び前記パイル部の他側は融解して互いに混合された状態で硬化して結合される、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッファ層及び前記バッキング層は水分を含有可能であり、前記水分は前記基布層を貫通した前記バッファ層の少なくとも一部分によって前記パイル部の一側方向に気化して前記パイル部の一側の表面温度を下げる、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記基布層の上面に位置する前記バッファ層の少なくとも一部分は点状に存在しながら短繊維不織布が解けて乱れている、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記バッキング層に塗布された液状の合成樹脂接着剤をさらに含み、前記合成樹脂接着剤が前記基布層及び前記バッキング層の剛性を高める、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記基布層の通気性は12~15cc/cm2/secであり、前記バッファ層の通気性は290~300cc/cm2/secであり、前記バッキング層の通気性は340~350cc/cm2/secである、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 前記基布層、前記バッファ層及び前記バッキング層は互いに結合されて通気性が55~65cc/cm2/secである、請求項1に記載の人工芝。
- 基布層と、
前記基布層の下面に位置しているバッファ層と、
前記基布層及び前記バッファ層を貫通してタフティングされており、一側が前記基布層上側に突出しており、他側が前記バッファ層の下面に位置するパイル部と、
前記バッファ層の下面及び前記パイル部の他側と接しており、長繊維不織布で形成されたバッキング層と、
を含み、
前記バッファ層は格子状の織物で形成されて通気性を有する、人工芝。
