(1)透湿度
JIS L1099−1998 酢酸カリウム法(B−1法)、および、JIS L1099−1998 酢酸カリウム法の別法(B−2法)に基づいて測定した。ただし、両試験法とも24時間あたりの透湿量に換算した。
(2)曲げ剛性
試験に用いる複合基布10ならびに基材層12を15cm四方にカットし、自動化純曲げ試験機でそれぞれ測定を行った。
自動化純曲げ装置:カトーテック(株)製 KES−FB2−AUTO−A
(3)50%伸長時応力、破断時伸度
JIS L 1096−2010 ストリップ法(A法)に基づいて測定した。強伸度試験機を用いて、複合基布10を所定の大きさにカットした試験片を引張り、50%伸長時にかかる荷重(N)および破断した時の伸長度(%)を測定した。ただし、試験片となる複合基布10の大きさはタテ300mm×ヨコ50mmに設定した。
(4)剥離性
JIS L1086−2013 はく離強さに基づいて測定した。ただし、試験片となる複合基布10の大きさはタテ300mm×ヨコ50mmに設定した。また、ナノ繊維層14において、クランプでつかむ部分となる末端50mmについては内部で破断しないようにテープで固定した。
(5)接着樹脂目付け量
コーティング法により、基材層12にコーティングされたホットメルト樹脂16aの目付け量は次式で示すとおりに計算した。この時、重量測定に用いた基材層12片は四方20cmにカットされたものである。
目付け量=(w2−w1)×(100cm/20cm)2g/m2

(6)厚さ
厚さは、厚み計を用いる方法で測定した。なお、任意の5箇所からサンプリングし、加算平均した。
本実施例では、本発明の接着法との性能を比較評価するために、ホットメルトウェブシートを用いた複合基布についても同様の試験を行った。本発明の接着法をコーティング法とし、ホットメルトウェブシートによる接着はホットメルトウェブシート名で記載した。ホットメルトウェブシートによる接着は基材層12に前処理を行わず、熱圧着工程時に基材層12とナノ繊維層14の間にホットメルトウェブシートをセットし、熱圧着により複合基布を作成した。

目付量はおよそ12.5 g/m2である。
プレスの設定温度:120〜125℃ プレス時間:30秒
繊維束の内部にまでホットメルト系樹脂が浸透するため、ニットの繊維一本一本がアンカーとなり、接着力の向上に寄与する構造を有する。

Claims (3)
- 多数の繊維を集めて束ねた糸を編んだ編物の層から成り通気性を有する基材層の前記繊維間に、硬化時に伸縮性を有するホットメルト系樹脂から成るコーティング溶液を、前記糸表面から毛細管現象により前記繊維間に浸潤させ、前記ホットメルト系樹脂を前記繊維間に充填するとともに前記糸を前記ホットメルト系樹脂で覆い、乾燥して、前記基材層を構成する繊維の表面及びそれらの繊維間に前記ホットメルト系樹脂をコーティング及び充填する基材層前処理工程と、
ナノ繊維を形成するための原料樹脂が溶媒に溶解して成るナノ紡糸溶液を用いて電界紡糸を行い、前記ナノ繊維の不織布層を積層形成する不織布層形成工程と、
前記基材層前処理工程を経た前記基材層と、前記不織布層形成工程により形成した前記不織布層を重ね合わせ、80〜200℃の温度で加熱及び加圧して前記ホットメルト系樹脂を熱溶融し、前記基材層と前記不織布層を熱融着させるラミネート工程を備え、
前記コーティングによっても前記基材層の編物が有する空隙が塞がれず、通気性、伸縮性を保持していることを特徴とする複合基布の製造方法。 - 前記コーティング溶液に含まれるホットメルト系樹脂の原料樹脂は、ホットメルト機能を有したポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、又はエチレンビニルアセテートである請求項1記載の複合基布の製造方法。
- 前記基材層に対する前記ホットメルト系樹脂の浸潤は、前記コーティング溶液に前記基材層を浸漬し又は前記コーティング溶液の塗布によるものである請求項2記載の複合基布の製造方法。
