Description
試験方法は、次のものを含む。
ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム(SLS)が、Stepan Company(Northfield,Illinois,USA)社により商品名POLYSTEP B−5−Nとして提供された。FORMOLON 614 PVCは、固有粘度(ASTM D−5225に従い測定された)0.73を有する中−低分子量PVCホモポリマーであり、Formosa Plastics Corporation,U.S.A.(Livingston,New Jersey,USA)より市販されている。ADVASTAB TM−181(メチルスズ安定剤)、ADVALUBE F−1005(部分的にエステルのグリセリン内部潤滑剤)、及びLOXIOL G78V(ステアリン酸カルシウム外部潤滑剤)は、PMC Group(Mount Laurel,New Jersey,USA)より市販されている。全ての他の化学品は、Sigma−Aldrich(St.Louis,Missouri,USA)より購入した。全ての化学品は、更に精製することなく、それらのそのままの状態で使用した。
Claims (6)
- ポリマー組成物を金属加工面と接触させることを含み、前記金属加工面が、90℃以上の温度であり、
前記ポリマー組成物が、ポリハロゲン化ビニル、ポリカーボネート、オレフィン系ポリマー、ポリスチレン並びにメチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート及び任意選択的な架橋モノマーのホモポリマー及びコポリマーからなる群から選択される1つ以上のベースポリマーと、次の式の剥離剤を少なくとも1つ含む潤滑剤パッケージと、を含み、
- ポリマー組成物を金属加工面と接触させることを含み、前記金属加工面が、90℃以上の温度であり、
前記ポリマー組成物が、ポリハロゲン化ビニル、ポリカーボネート、オレフィン系ポリマー、ポリスチレン並びにメチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート及び任意選択的な架橋モノマーのホモポリマー及びコポリマーからなる群から選択される1つ以上のベースポリマーと、次の式の剥離剤を少なくとも1つ含む潤滑剤パッケージと、を含み、
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、前記金属加工面に少なくとも3分の接触時間の間固着せず、前記金属加工面が90℃以上の温度である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って作製されたポリマー組成物を含む少なくとも1つの成分を含む、製造物品。
- 前記物品がフィルムである、請求項4に記載の製造物品。
- 前記物品がシートである、請求項4に記載の製造物品。
