Description
Claims (9)
- バルブシート(2)により取り囲まれている開口部(3)と、
閉位置において前記バルブシート(2)に対して押し付けられて前記開口部(3)を閉塞し、中間位置において前記バルブシート(2)から離間する一方で前記開口部(3)を覆い、全開位置において前記開口部(3)の全部または少なくとも一部を開放する閉塞要素(4)と、
前記閉塞要素(4)を全開位置および中間位置の間で第1軌道(6)にしたがって駆動するまたは往復させる第1駆動装置(5)と、
前記閉塞要素(4)を中間位置および閉位置の間で第2軌道(8)にしたがって駆動するまたは往復させる少なくとも1つの第2駆動装置(7)と、を備え、
前記第1軌道(6)および前記第2軌道(8)が相互に傾斜するように配置されているバルブ(1)であって、
前記バルブ(1)はバルブロッド(21)を備え、
前記バルブ(1)は、前記閉塞要素(4)を全開位置および中間位置の間で第1軌道(6)にしたがって駆動するまたは往復させる複数の前記第1駆動装置(5)と、前記バルブロッド(21)に接続されたヨーク(22)と、を備え、
前記複数の第1駆動装置(5)のそれぞれが複数の伝動要素(9)のそれぞれを介して前記ヨーク(22)に係合しており、
前記閉塞要素(4)が前記バルブロッド(21)に接続され、かつ、前記複数の伝動要素(9)が前記第2駆動装置(7)によって可逆的に変形されるように構成されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のバルブにおいて、
前記閉塞要素(4)がその閉位置において、前記閉塞要素(4)を中間位置に平行移動させる位置にあることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1または2記載のバルブにおいて、
前記複数の伝動要素(9)が、縦方向に延在する可撓部(10)を備えているまたは当該可撓部(10)に取り付けられていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記複数の伝動要素(9)は、少なくとも1つのリンク(11)によって相互に連結されている少なくとも2つのジョイント(12)を備え、各ジョイント(12)が少なくとも1つの軸線(13)の回りの揺動を可能としており、一方の前記ジョイント(12)は前記第1駆動装置(5)に接続され、他方の前記ジョイント(12)は前記ヨーク(22)に接続されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記複数の伝動要素(9)のうち一の伝動要素(9)が、第1駆動装置(5)および第2駆動装置(7)のうち少なくとも一方の操縦用のスイッチ(15)を切り替えるための少なくとも1つのスイッチ要素(14)を備え、または当該スイッチ要素(14)に連結されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項5記載のバルブにおいて、
前記スイッチ要素(14)は、前記複数の伝動要素(9)とともに前記第1軌道(6)に対して平行に移動するように前記複数の伝動要素(9)のうち一の伝動要素(9)に対して固定されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記複数の伝動要素(9)が、前記第1軌道(6)に対して平行な方向について、前記第2軌道(8)に対して平行な方向よりも堅固に構成されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記複数の第1駆動装置(5)のそれぞれが、相対的に可動な少なくとも2つの駆動要素(16)(17)(18)(19)を備え、一またはそれぞれの駆動要素(17)(19)がバルブハウジング(20)に対して固定されて配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項8記載のバルブにおいて、
前記複数の第1駆動装置(5)および前記第2駆動装置(7)のうち少なくとも一方またはそれぞれがピストンシリンダ装置を備え、一またはそれぞれの駆動装置(5)(7)の少なくとも1つの駆動要素(17)(19)がシリンダであり、一またはそれぞれの駆動装置(5)(7)の少なくとも他の駆動要素(16)(18)が当該シリンダの内部で可動に案内されるピストンであることを特徴とするバルブ。
