Abstract
【解決手段】バルブ駆動装置により、閉塞体3が開位置から閉位置に向かう方向または反対方向に変位可能である。閉塞体3が、閉位置において、閉塞体3の第1閉塞体要素8が第1バルブシートに当接し、かつ、閉塞体3の第2閉塞体要素9が第2バルブシート7に当接するように構成されている。第1閉塞体要素8および第2閉塞体要素9が閉方向5について相対的に可動に配置されている。

Claims (10)
- 貫通開口部(2)および閉塞体(3)を有するバルブ(1)または真空バルブであって、
前記バルブ(1)を構成するバルブ駆動装置(4)により、前記閉塞体(3)が前記貫通開口部(2)を開放する開位置から、前記閉塞体(3)が前記貫通開口部(2)を閉塞する閉位置に前記閉塞体(3)が変位可能、かつ、反対方向に運動可能であり、
前記閉塞体(3)が、前記閉位置において、前記貫通開口部(2)を取り囲むとともに相互に対向している第1バルブシート(6)および第2バルブシート(7)の間に位置し、前記閉塞体(3)の第1閉塞体要素(8)が前記第1バルブシート(6)に当接し、かつ、前記閉塞体(3)の第2閉塞体要素(9)が前記第2バルブシート(7)に当接するように構成され、
前記第1閉塞体要素(8)および前記第2閉塞体要素(9)が閉方向(5)に相対的に可動に配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のバルブにおいて、
一方の閉塞体要素または前記第1閉塞体要素(8)の閉方向への運動を停止させるための少なくとも1つのストッパ(13)が、前記一方の閉塞体要素(8)において、前記一方の閉塞体要素(8)が前記閉位置で当接するところの一方のバルブシート(6)の反対側に設けられていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1または2記載のバルブにおいて、
一方の閉塞体要素または前記第1閉塞体要素(8)の閉方向への運動を停止させるための少なくとも1つのストッパ(13)が少なくとも前記一方の閉塞体要素(8)に設けられ、
前記ストッパ(13)が、前記第1バルブシート(6)が存在する一方の閉平面(15)と、前記第2バルブシート(7)が存在する他方の閉平面(17)との間に配置されている中間領域(31)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
一方の閉塞体要素または前記第1閉塞体要素(8)の前記閉方向(5)への運動を停止させるための少なくとも1つのストッパ(13)が、少なくとも前記一方の閉塞体要素(8)において、他方の閉塞体要素(9)の反対側に設けられていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
一方の閉塞体要素または前記第1閉塞体要素(8)の閉方向への運動を停止させるための少なくとも1つのストッパ(13)が、前記一方の閉塞体要素(8)のみに設けられていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項5記載のバルブにおいて、
前記ストッパ(13)による前記一方の閉塞体要素(8)の停止に続いて、他方の閉塞体要素または前記第2閉塞体要素(9)が前記閉方向(5)にさらに運動可能に構成されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項2〜6のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記ストッパ(13)が一方の閉塞体要素(8)に固定して設けられ、前記貫通開口部(2)を取り囲む壁部(14)に停止することを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記バルブシート(6)の閉平面(15)が、前記閉位置においてシール部材(11)を中間に介して一方の閉塞体要素(8)に当接し、かつ、前記閉方向(5)に対して鋭角(32)をなして配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記閉方向(5)とは反対方向への前記閉塞体(3)の運動に際して、一方の閉塞体要素または前記第1閉塞体要素(8)を、他方の閉塞体要素または前記第2閉塞体要素(9)に対して相対的に元の位置に戻すように、前記第1閉塞体要素(8)および前記第2閉塞体要素(9)の間に少なくとも1つの戻しばね(18)が作用していることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1つに記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第1閉塞体要素(8)および前記第2閉塞体要素(9)が、少なくともすべり面(19)を介して相互に当接していることを特徴とするバルブ。
