Description
(1)ナフテン系鉱物油と、ポリオールエステル油及びポリビニルエーテル油の少なくとも一方との混合油と、ソルビタン化合物及びグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの少なくとも一方とを含有することを特徴とする冷凍機油組成物。
(2)ナフテン系鉱物油と、ポリオールエステル油との混合油と、ソルビタン化合物とを含有することを特徴とする上記(1)記載の冷凍機油組成物。
(3)ナフテン系鉱物油と、ポリビニルエーテル油との混合油と、ソルビタン化合物及びグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの少なくとも一方とを含有することを特徴とする上記(1)記載の冷凍機油組成物。
(4)前記混合油において、ナフテン系鉱物油と、ポリオールエステル油及びポリビニルエーテル油の少なくとも一方とが、質量比で、ナフテン系鉱物油:ポリオールエステル油及びポリビニルエーテル油の少なくとも一方=60〜90:40〜10であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
(5)前記ソルビタン化合物及び前記グリセリン脂肪酸エステルの少なくとも一方の含有量が、該冷凍機油組成物全量の0.5〜5質量%であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(4)の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
(6)前記ナフテン系鉱物油の40℃における動粘度が5〜460mm2/sであり、前記ポリオールエステル油及び前記ポリビニルエーテル油の少なくとも一方の40℃における動粘度が5〜350mm2/sであることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(5)の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
(7)前記ソルビタン化合物が、ポリオキシエチレンと、ソルビタンと、脂肪酸との化合物であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(6)の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
(8)前記混合油の圧縮機からの吐出を抑制するための油吐出抑制剤を含有することを特徴とする上記(1)〜(7)の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
(9)上記(1)〜(8)の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物と、
ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒、ハイドロフルオロオレフィン冷媒及び二酸化炭素冷媒から選ばれる1以上の冷媒と、を含むことを特徴とする冷凍機用作動流体。
本発明の冷凍機油組成物では、ナフテン系鉱物油と、ポリオールエステル油及びポリビニルエーテル油の少なくとも一方(以下「第2潤滑油」と呼ぶこともある。)との混合油を基油に用いる。ナフテン系鉱物油は電気絶縁性や吸湿性等に優れるものの、冷媒との相溶性に問題があることから、各種冷媒との相溶性に優れる第2潤滑油を混合する。
本発明はまた、上記の冷凍機油組成物と冷媒とを含む冷凍機用作動流体に関する。
本試験では、冷媒との相溶性を評価した。ナフテン系鉱物油として表1に示すナフテン油−A及びナフテン油−Bと、ポリオールエステル油として同じく表1に示すPOE−A及びPOE−Bとを用意し、表2に示す組合せ及び混合割合にて基油A及び基油Bを調製した。
・ソルビタン化合物A:ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノオレエート
・ソルビタン化合物B:ポリオキシエチレンソルビタントリオレエート
・グリセリン脂肪酸エステル(表3には「グリセリンエステル」と表記):グリセリンモノオレエートとグリセリンモノリノレートとの混合物

先ず、パイレックス製耐圧ガラスチューブ(内径6〜10mm×長さ230〜260mm×厚さ2〜3mm)を用意し、その内部を蒸留水で洗浄し、105℃〜120℃に設定した乾燥器で約24時間乾燥後、デシケータ中で放冷した。次いで、このガラスチューブに試料油を約0.9g採取し、ガラスチューブ内を1分間真空脱気した。脱気後、ガラスチューブをドライアイスで5分間冷却し、表3に示す冷媒を試験油に対して約80質量%となるように封入した。冷媒封入後にガラスチューブをドライアイスで5分間冷却し、ハンドバーナにて溶断シールした。そして、試料油と冷媒とを密封したガラスチューブを−20℃、+20℃、+40℃の恒温槽に入れ、各2時間静置後、ガラスチューブ側壁への油滴の付着状態を観察した。
本試験では、表7に示すように、基油として試験1で用いた基油Aを用い、ソルビタン化合物Aを1.0質量%添加したものを試験用作動流体2とし、無添加の試験用作動流体1との熱効率の比較を行った。尚、試験用作動流体1、2ともに基油量は500mLであり、冷媒にはR410Aを用いた。
本試験では、油吐出抑制剤の効果を検証するために、上記の基油A、PVE及びPOE−Bを用い、基油Aに油吐出抑制剤としてポリイソブチレン(平均分子量2,000,000:パラフィン系鉱物油希釈液として0.25重量%)を全量の0.025質量%添加した試料油との油吐出量の比較を行った。尚、油吐出抑制剤を添加したことにより、付着防止効果に影響することがないことを確認している。

Claims (6)
- ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒、ハイドロフルオロオレフィン冷媒及び二酸化炭素冷媒から選ばれる1以上の冷媒用の冷凍機油組成物であって、
ナフテン系鉱物油と、ポリオールエステル油との混合油と、ソルビタン化合物とを含有し、
前記ソルビタン化合物が、ポリオキシエチレンと、ソルビタンと、脂肪酸との化合物であることを特徴とする冷凍機油組成物。 - 前記ソルビタン化合物の含有量が、該冷凍機油組成物全量の0.5〜5質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- 前記混合油において、ナフテン系鉱物油と、ポリオールエステル油とが、質量比で、ナフテン系鉱物油:ポリオールエステル油=60〜90:40〜10であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- 前記ナフテン系鉱物油の40℃における動粘度が5〜460mm2/sであり、前記ポリオールエステル油の40℃における動粘度が5〜350mm2/sであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- 前記混合油の圧縮機からの吐出を抑制するための油吐出抑制剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の冷凍機油組成物と、
ハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒、ハイドロフルオロオレフィン冷媒及び二酸化炭素冷媒から選ばれる1以上の冷媒と、を含むことを特徴とする冷凍機用作動流体。
