Description
−2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含む熱伝達流体;
−ポリアルキレングリコール及びポリオールエステルを含む潤滑油であって、この潤滑油中のポリオールエステルの含有量は25%以下である、潤滑油
を含む。
−1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(R134a);
−1,1−ジフルオロエタン(R152a);
−1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン(R245fa);
−ペンタフルオロエタン(R125)と、1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)と、イソブタン(R600a)との混合物(即ち、R422s);
−クロロジフルオロメタン(R22);
−51.2%のクロロペンタフルオロエタン(R115)と、48.8%のクロロジフルオロメタン(R22)との混合物(即ち、R502);
−任意のハイドロカーボン;
−20%のジフルオロメタン(R32)と、40%のペンタフルオロエタン(R125)と、40%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)との混合物(即ち、R407A);
−23%のジフルオロメタン(R32)と、25%のペンタフルオロエタン(R125)と、52%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)との混合物(即ち、R407C);
−30%のジフルオロメタン(R32)と、30%のペンタフルオロエタン(R125)と、40%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)との混合物(即ち、R407F);
−R1234ze(1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン)
と入れ替えてよい。
この実施例では、HFO−1234yfの、ポリアルキレングリコール及び/又はポリオールエステルをベースとした潤滑油との混和性について調査する。
−潤滑油を16.4mlのガラス管(封止可能な管)に加え、加えた量を厳密に量る;
−所望の量の冷却剤(熱伝達化合物)を追加する;
−溶接して管を封止する;
−この管を、常温の水で充たしたサーモスタット制御の槽に完全に浸たす。使用するタンクはプレキシガラスで作製されており、これにより流体/油の混合物を目視できる。チューブホルダ内に管を縦に配列する;
−管を損傷から保護するために金属板でタンクの上部を閉じる;
−徐々に水を加熱し、混合物が2相に変化し始める温度を観察する。過度の高圧に到達しないための最大温度は80℃である。まず、10分間毎に5℃ずつ温度を上昇させ、混合物が非混和状態となる温度に達すると、1℃ずつ温度を変化させる。
この実施例では、実施例1で使用した潤滑油の熱安定性について調査する。
−潤滑剤の質量:5g;
−温度:200℃;
−期間:14日間
で実施した。
−分光測色法を用い、色について(色が薄いものは、最大700のハーゼンで結果を示し、色が濃いものは、3〜15のガードナーで結果を示す);
−水分含有量について(カールフィッシャークーロメトリーを用いて測定する);
−酸価について(総酸価(即ちTAN)、0.01NのメタノールKOHの滴定)。
Claims (16)
- 2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンと、ポリアルキレングリコール及びポリオールエステルからなる潤滑油とを含む組成物であって、前記潤滑油中のポリオールエステルの含有量は5〜25重量%である組成物。
- 1〜99重量%の前記潤滑油を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 熱伝達化合物、安定剤、界面活性剤、トレーシング剤、蛍光剤、香気剤、可溶化剤及びこれらの混合物から選択される1つ又は複数の添加剤を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンが、存在する唯一の前記熱伝達化合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- ポリアルキレングリコール及びポリオールエステルからなる混合物の、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含む熱伝達流体と組み合わせた、蒸気圧縮回路内の潤滑油としての使用であり、前記潤滑油中のポリオールエステルの含有量は5〜25重量%である、使用。
- 前記熱伝達流体は2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンからなる、請求項5に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物である熱伝達組成物を含有する蒸気圧縮回路を備える、熱伝達設備。
- 熱ポンプ、空調、冷蔵、冷凍及びランキンサイクルにより加熱するための、可動又は定置型設備から選択される、請求項7に記載の設備。
- 自動車の空調設備である、請求項7に記載の設備。
- 熱伝達流体を含有する蒸気圧縮回路を用いて流体又は本体を加熱又は冷却する方法であって、
前記熱伝達流体の少なくとも部分的な蒸発、前記熱伝達流体の圧縮、前記熱伝達流体の少なくとも部分的な凝縮、及び前記熱伝達流体の膨張を連続的に含み、
前記熱伝達流体は潤滑油と組み合わされて熱伝達組成物を形成し、
前記熱伝達組成物は請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物である、方法。 - 可動又は定置の空調方法である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 初期熱伝達流体を含有する蒸気圧縮回路を備えた熱伝達設備の環境への影響を低減する方法であって、
前記蒸気圧縮回路内の前記初期熱伝達流体を、前記初期熱伝達流体よりも低いGWPを有する最終熱伝達流体と置き換えるステップを含み、
前記最終熱伝達流体は、潤滑油と組み合わされて熱伝達組成物を形成し、前記熱伝達組成物は請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物である、方法。 - 2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンのポリアルキレングリコールとの混和性を改善するための、ポリオールエステルの使用であって、ポリオールエステル及びポリアルキレングリコールの総量に対して、前記ポリオールエステルを5〜25重量%の比率で使用する、使用。
- 蒸気圧縮回路を備える熱伝達設備で使用するためのキットであって、
−2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含む熱伝達流体と、
−ポリアルキレングリコール及びポリオールエステルからなる潤滑油であって、前記潤滑油中のポリオールエステルの含有量は5〜25重量%である、潤滑油と
を含むキット。 - 前記熱伝達流体は2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンからなる、請求項14に記載のキット。
- 自動車の空調用設備で用いるための、請求項14又は15に記載のキット。
