Description
Claims (6)
- エンドアタッチメントとキャブの干渉を防止する機能を備えた作業機械であって、
下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体に旋回可能に搭載された上部旋回体と、
前記上部旋回体に搭載された前記キャブと、
前記キャブを昇降させるキャブ昇降装置と、
前記上部旋回体に取り付けられ且つブーム及びアームで構成されるアタッチメントと、
前記ブームの回動角度を取得する第1センサと、
前記アタッチメントの先端に取り付けられる前記エンドアタッチメントの回動角度を取得する第2センサと、
前記アームの回動角度を取得する第3センサと、
前記第1センサ、前記第2センサ、及び前記第3センサの出力に基づいて前記エンドアタッチメントが所定の領域に進入したと判定すると、流量制御弁を制御して前記エンドアタッチメントと前記キャブとを近づける動きを制限し或いは停止させる制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記キャブ昇降装置により変化する前記キャブの高さに基づき前記所定の領域を変化させる、
作業機械。 - 前記第2センサは、エンドアタッチメントシリンダのフートピンの近傍に配置される、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第2センサの出力とエンドアタッチメント操作レバーの操作内容とに基づいて前記エンドアタッチメントの回動角度を導き出す、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。 - 前記エンドアタッチメントと前記キャブとを近づける動きは、エレベータキャブの動き、スイング機構の動き、及びオフセット機構の動きを含む、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。 - 前記エンドアタッチメントと前記キャブとを近づける動きを制限し或いは停止させるときの前記アームの先端に設けられたエンドアタッチメントフートピンと前記作業機械の本体との距離は、前記エンドアタッチメントの回動角度に応じて変化する、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。 - 前記エンドアタッチメントのキャブ側端部の位置に基づいて前記エンドアタッチメントの可動範囲が制限される、
請求項1に記載の作業機械。
