Description
Claims (9)
- 油圧ポンプから供給される圧油によって駆動され、ショベルの旋回体を旋回駆動する旋回用油圧モータと、
前記油圧ポンプから供給される圧油によって駆動される油圧シリンダと、
前記油圧シリンダを駆動させるための操作レバーと、
前記操作レバーの操作に応じて、パイロット圧を調整するパイロット回路と、
該パイロット回路から供給されるパイロット圧に応じて、前記油圧ポンプから前記油圧シリンダへ供給する圧油を調整する油圧制御弁と、
前記操作レバーの操作状態に対応して開度が変化する可変絞り弁又は開度が電気的に制御される比例弁と、
該可変絞り弁又は該比例弁の開度を変更する制御装置と、
を有することを特徴とするショベル。 - 請求項1記載のショベルであって、
前記可変絞り弁又は前記比例弁は前記パイロット回路に設けられ、
前記制御装置は、前記パイロット回路のパイロット圧が上昇している際に、前記操作レバーが中立位置に向かって戻されると、前記可変絞り弁又は前記比例弁の開度を小さくするショベル。 - 請求項2記載のショベルであって、
前記制御装置は、前記旋回体が旋回状態であると判断すると、前記可変絞り弁又は前記比例弁の開度を小さくするショベル。 - 請求項2記載のショベルであって、
前記制御装置は、前記ショベルがロングリーチ状態であると判断すると、前記可変絞り弁の開度を小さくするショベル。 - 請求項1記載のショベルであって、
前記可変絞り弁は前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧制御弁の間に設けられ、
前記制御装置は、前記パイロット回路のパイロット圧が上昇している際に、前記操作レバーが中立位置に向かって戻されると、前記可変絞り弁の開度を調整する、
ショベル。 - 請求項5記載のショベルであって、
前記パイロット回路には絞り弁が設けられ、
前記絞り弁は、前記パイロット回路のパイロット圧が上昇している際に、前記操作レバーが中立位置に向かって戻されると、タンクへの戻り油を制限する、
ショベル。 - 油圧ポンプから供給される圧油によって駆動され、ショベルの旋回体を旋回駆動する旋回用油圧モータと、前記油圧ポンプから供給される圧油によって駆動される油圧シリンダと、前記油圧シリンダを駆動させるための操作レバーと、前記操作レバーの操作に応じて、パイロット圧を調整するパイロット回路と、該パイロット回路から供給されるパイロット圧に応じて、前記油圧ポンプから前記油圧シリンダへ供給する圧油を調整する油圧制御弁と、前記操作レバーの操作状態に対応して開度が変化する可変絞り弁又は開度が電気的に制御される比例弁と該可変絞り弁又は該比例弁の開度を変更する制御装置と、を有するショベルの制御方法であって、
前記可変絞り弁又は前記比例弁の開度を、前記操作レバーの操作状態に対応して変更することを特徴とするショベルの制御方法。 - 請求項7記載のショベルの制御方法であって、
前記可変絞り弁又は前記比例弁は、前記パイロット回路に設けられ、
前記パイロット圧が上昇している際に、前記操作レバーが中立位置に向かって戻されると、前記可変絞り弁又は前記比例弁の開度を小さくする、ショベルの制御方法。 - 請求項7記載のショベルの制御方法であって、
前記可変絞り弁は前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧制御弁の間に設けられ、
パイロット圧が上昇している際に、前記操作レバーが中立位置に向かって戻されると、前記可変絞り弁の開度を調整する、ショベルの制御方法。
