Description
[1] 樹脂、ゼオライト、及び金属石鹸を含む樹脂組成物であって、前記金属石鹸は、炭素数5〜30の長鎖脂肪酸とカルシウムとの二価塩である長鎖脂肪酸カルシウム、及び炭素数5〜30の長鎖脂肪酸と亜鉛との二価塩である長鎖脂肪酸亜鉛を含む、吸着剤組成物。
[2] 前記長鎖脂肪酸カルシウムの前記長鎖脂肪酸亜鉛に対するモル比が、0.5以上5.0以下である、[1]に記載の吸着剤組成物。
[3] 前記金属石鹸が、前記樹脂に対して、0.5重量%以上5.0重量%以下で含まれる、[1]又は[2]に記載の吸着剤組成物。
[4] ゼオライトが、組成物全体に対して30重量%以上含まれる、[1]〜[3]のいずれか一項に記載の吸着剤組成物。
[5] 前記長鎖脂肪酸カルシウム及び長鎖脂肪酸亜鉛が、それぞれステアリン酸カルシウム及びステアリン酸亜鉛である、[1]〜[4]のいずれか一項に記載の吸着剤組成物。
[6] 前記樹脂のメルトフローレートが、温度190℃かつ荷重21.18Nの条件の下で、JIS K7210に準拠して測定した場合に、10g/10分以上である、[1]〜[5]のいずれか一項に記載の吸着剤組成物。
[7] 前記樹脂が、ポリエチレン系樹脂及び/又はポリプロピレン系樹脂を含む、[1]〜[6]のいずれか一項に記載の吸着剤組成物。
[8] [1]〜[7]の吸着剤組成物を成形してなる、吸着剤含有フィルム。
[9] 前記成形が、インフレーション法によってなされている、[8]に記載の吸着剤含有フィルム。
[10] [9]に記載の吸着剤含有フィルムとバリアフィルムとを少なくとも含む包装材料用積層体。
[11] [10]に記載の包装材料用積層体同士、又は[10]に記載の包装材料用積層体とヒートシール性を有する積層体と、が接着されている包装体。
[12] 30重量%以上のゼオライト、ポリエチレン系樹脂、及び金属石鹸を混合して、吸着剤組成物を得る工程であって、
前記ポリエチレン系樹脂は、温度190℃かつ荷重21.18Nの条件の下で、JIS K7210に準拠して測定した場合のメルトフローレートが、10g/10分以上であり、
前記金属石鹸は、ステアリン酸カルシウム及びステアリン酸亜鉛を含み、前記ステアリン酸カルシウムの前記ステアリン酸亜鉛に対するモル比が、1.4以上2.8以下であり、かつ
前記金属石鹸は、前記ポリエチレン系樹脂に対して、1.4重量%以上3.4重量%以下で含む工程、並びに
前記吸着剤樹脂組成物を、150℃以上200℃未満の温度でインフレーション法によって成形する工程、
を含む、吸着剤含有フィルムの製造方法。
本実施形態の吸着剤組成物は、樹脂、ゼオライト、及び金属石鹸を含み、この金属石鹸は、炭素数5〜30の長鎖脂肪酸とカルシウムとの二価塩である長鎖脂肪酸カルシウム、及び炭素数5〜30の長鎖脂肪酸と亜鉛との二価塩である長鎖脂肪酸亜鉛を含む。このような構成の吸着剤組成物は、組成物のすべり性が良好であり、押出時(樹脂ペレット作成時、インフレーション成形時)のスクリューと吸着剤組成物との摩擦が低減される。これにより、樹脂の劣化を防ぐことができ、吸着剤組成物の固化、及びピンホールの発生を防ぐことができる。また、この吸着剤組成物は、金属石鹸がゼオライトと樹脂との親和性を高め、密着が良好となるためにピンホールが発生しにくい。
本実施形態において用いる樹脂としては、特に限定されないが、高メルトフローレート(以下「MFR」という)であり、かつ低融点(低軟化点)、低温ドローダウン性に優れた熱可塑性樹脂であることが望ましい。高MFR樹脂であれば、ゼオライトを比較的大量に添加することによりMFRが低下しても、ある程度の流れ特性を確保することができる。好ましくは、本実施形態において用いる樹脂のメルトフローレートは、温度190℃かつ荷重21.18Nの条件の下で、JIS K7210に準拠して測定した場合に、1g/10分以上、3g/10分以上、5g/10分以上、10g/10分以上、又は20g/10分以上である。
本実施形態の組成物では、吸着剤としてゼオライトが用いられる。ゼオライトは、アルミノケイ酸塩に基づいており、理論に拘束されないが、その極性部分(アルミ)部分が、後述の金属石鹸の金属イオン及び/又は長鎖脂肪酸と相互作用をし、ゼオライトに金属石鹸が配位して、押出機中の金属部分との摩擦低減に寄与していると考えられる。したがって、吸着剤がゼオライトであることによって、本実施形態の組成物は有利な効果を与えることができる。
本実施形態の吸着剤組成物は、炭素数5〜30の長鎖脂肪酸とカルシウムとの二価塩である長鎖脂肪酸カルシウム、及び炭素数5〜30の長鎖脂肪酸と亜鉛との二価塩である長鎖脂肪酸亜鉛を組み合わせて用いる金属石鹸を含む。この組合せの金属石鹸は、すべり性を良くし押出機内の樹脂残りを抑制でき、また押出時(樹脂ペレット作成時、インフレーション成形時)のスクリューと吸着剤組成物との摩擦を低減することで、いずれも押出時の樹脂劣化を防ぎ、ピンホールの発生を防ぐことができる。特に、金属接着性の高い樹脂を用いた場合には、このような金属石鹸は高い効果を発揮する。また、このような組合せの金属石鹸は、ゼオライトと樹脂との親和性を高め、相溶性を向上させることができるので、ゼオライトと樹脂との界面での密着を向上させることができる。これにより、フィルムにピンホールが発生しにくくなる作用もある。
本発明の吸着剤含有フィルムは、上記の吸着剤組成物をフィルム状に成形することによって製造することができる。成形法は特に限定されないが、比較的低温で成形できることで発泡の可能性を低くできるインフレーション法が好ましい。
表1に記載の材料を用いて、表2に記載の構成の吸着剤含有フィルムをインフレーション法によって製造した。

(Tダイでの成膜性)
上記のようにして作製したマスターバッチをラボプラストミル(東洋精機)のTダイを用いて樹脂温度約180℃、Tダイのリップ幅1mm、スクリュー回転数30rpmに固定して押出製膜し、引取速度(m/分)を変えて、ピンホールが発生してフィルムが切れるまでの速度で評価した。なお、別途Tダイによる製膜と多層インフレーション機におけるピンホール発生との相関を比較した。その結果、フィルムが切れるときのTダイでの引取速度が5.0m/分以上であった場合は、インフレーション成形においてピンホールが10個未満/m2であり、安定した製膜が可能であることがわかった。一方、フィルムが切れるときのTダイでの引取速度が5.0m/分未満であった場合、インフレーション成形におけるピンホールが10個以上/m2になることがあり、製品として安定した製膜ができない場合があった。
上記インフレーション成形条件で多層の吸着剤含有フィルムを成膜し、そして目視検査を行い、ピンホールの発生について評価した。合否の評価は「○」及び「×」とし、合格の「○」にはピンホールが10個/m2未満の場合が該当することとし、不合格の「×」にはピンホールが10個/m2以上の場合に該当することとした。表2に、評価結果を示す。
Claims (12)
- 樹脂、ゼオライト、及び金属石鹸を含む樹脂組成物であって、前記金属石鹸は、炭素数5〜30の長鎖脂肪酸とカルシウムとの二価塩である長鎖脂肪酸カルシウム、及び炭素数5〜30の長鎖脂肪酸と亜鉛との二価塩である長鎖脂肪酸亜鉛を含み、
前記長鎖脂肪酸カルシウムの前記長鎖脂肪酸亜鉛に対するモル比が、1.2以上3.5以下であり、かつ
前記金属石鹸が、前記樹脂に対して、1.0重量%以上3.8重量%以下で含まれる、
吸着剤組成物。 - 前記長鎖脂肪酸カルシウムの前記長鎖脂肪酸亜鉛に対するモル比が、1.4以上2.8以下である、請求項1に記載の吸着剤組成物。
- 前記金属石鹸が、前記樹脂に対して、1.4重量%以上3.4重量%以下で含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の吸着剤組成物。
