Description
(a)計時器用部品に第1の材料を堆積させて第1のサブ層を形成する第1のステップを随意的に有する、計時器用部品を準備する準備ステップと、
(b)前記準備ステップにおいて得られた計時器用部品に第2の材料を堆積させて第2のサブ層を形成する第2の堆積ステップと、及び
(c)前記第2の堆積ステップにおいて得られた計時器用部品に第3の色付き材料を堆積させて外側の色付き装飾層を形成する色付けステップと
を有する方法に関する。
黄銅から切断された針が、電着によってニッケルで作られた第1のサブ層2で被覆され、ダイヤモンド研磨される。そして、針が洗剤で清浄化される。

Claims (17)
- 計時器用部品(1)を装飾する方法であって、
(a)計時器用部品(1)に第1の材料を堆積させて第1のサブ層(2)を形成するステップと、そして、さらに前記サブ層(2)が形成された計時器用部品(1)に傾斜面又はファセット(3)を研磨するステップとを有する第1のステップを有する、計時器用部品(1)を準備する準備ステップと、
(b)前記準備ステップ(a)において得られた計時器用部品(1)に第2の材料を堆積させて第2のサブ層(4)を形成する第2の堆積ステップと、及び
(c)前記第2の堆積ステップ(b)において得られた計時器用部品(1)に第3の色付き材料を堆積させて外側の色付き装飾層(5)を形成する色付けステップとを有し、
少なくとも前記第2の堆積ステップ(b)及び前記色付けステップ(c)は、物理的蒸着法(PVD)によって達成される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記準備ステップ(a)における前記第1の堆積ステップは、物理的蒸着法によって達成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の材料は、前記第1のサブ層(2)が、計時器用部品(1)を保護し、かつ/又は前記第2のサブ層(4)及び前記外側の色付き装飾層(5)の接着を促進するように選ばれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の材料は、前記第2のサブ層(4)が、前記計時器用部品(1)を腐食から保護し、かつ/又は前記外側の色付き装飾層(5)の接着を促進するように選ばれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第2の材料は、前記第2のサブ層(4)の色が前記外側の色付き装飾層(5)の色に近いように選ばれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第1の材料及び/又は前記第2の材料は、ニッケル、クロム、ステンレス鋼、スズ、貴金属及びこれらの合金からなる群から選ばれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第1の材料及び/又は前記第2の材料は、クロムを20〜80重量%含有するニッケルとクロムの合金である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の材料及び/又は前記第2の材料は、クロムを30〜70重量%含有するニッケルとクロムの合金である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記第2のサブ層(4)は、厚みが200nm〜1500nmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第3の色付き材料は、貴金属とその合金、アルミニウムとその合金及びセラミックスからなる群から選ばれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第3の色付き材料は、金、銀、パラジウム、白金、ロジウム及びこれらの合金からなる群から選ばれる
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第3の色付き材料は、金を75〜77.5重量%、パラジウムを1.2〜1.6重量%、銅を20.1〜23.8重量%含有する、ニッケルを含有せずコバルトを含有しない金合金である
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記外側の色付き装飾層(5)は、厚みが100nm〜1500nmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記物理的蒸着法は、陰極スパッタ法である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記準備ステップ(a)の前記研磨するステップは、ダイヤモンドによって研磨するステップである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 少なくとも前記第2の堆積ステップ(b)と前記色付けステップ(c)、そして、随意的に、前記準備ステップ(a)における前記第1の堆積ステップは、真空状態を壊さずに行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記計時器用部品(1)は、針、アップリケ、表盤、フランジ、ベゼル、竜頭、押しボタン、回転錘、車、プレート及びブリッジからなる群から選ばれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
