Claims (7)
- 銅、ニッケルおよび硼化ランタンを含有し、前記銅、前記ニッケルおよび前記硼化ランタンの合計の含有量が40質量%以上であり、粒径が2.5μm以上の銅粒子を含有している抵抗体。
- 粒径が2.5μm以上の前記銅粒子が占める面積比率が、2面積%以上10面積%以下である請求項1に記載の抵抗体。
- 空隙を有し、該空隙が占める面積比率が、12面積%以上35面積%以下である請求項1または請求項2に記載の抵抗体。
- 基体と、
該基体上に位置する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の抵抗体と、
金属層と、
該抵抗体上に位置するガラス層と、を備える回路基板。 - 前記抵抗体は、空隙を有し、前記抵抗体を厚み方向に2等分した際の前記基体側を第1領域、前記ガラス層側を第2領域としたとき、
前記第1領域における前記空隙が占める面積比率が、前記第2領域における前記空隙が占める面積比率よりも多い請求項4に記載の回路基板。 - 前記第1領域における前記空隙が占める面積比率が、前記第2領域における前記空隙が占める面積比率よりも4面積%以上多い請求項5に記載の回路基板。
- 請求項4乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の回路基板と、該回路基板の前記金属層上に位置する電子部品とを備える電子装置。
