Description
(1)、前記筐体は、概略球形で前後端を開口していると共に、内部が前記空気吸入口側より前記枢軸線上付近まで仕切板により2分割されている構成である。この好ましい形態では、風向調整として図5に例示されるごとく2枚の羽根でもより多面的に可変できる。具体的には、筐体内の曲面における風向き変更も加わってX方向の風向き、更にマイルドな旋回流も形成し易くなる。
(1)、図3(a)〜(d)では、各羽根3A,3Bが枢軸線N上つまり軸部32とギア部6を支点として上下ないしは垂直方向に回動配置されて、空気吐出口2aと空気吸入口2bとの間を閉じた閉塞状態を示している。従って、この閉塞状態だと、空気吸入口2bに吸入された空気は、各羽根3A,3Bにより空気吹出口2aへの流れが阻止される。
なお、2013年11月20日に出願された日本特許出願第2013−239461の明細書、特許請求の範囲、図面及び要約書の全内容をここに引用し、本発明の明細書の開示として、取り入れるものである。
Claims (4)
- 前端側が空気吹出口で後端側が空気吸入口に設定された筐体と、前記筐体内に回動可能に支持されたフィンと、前記フィンの向きを操作部の回転により調整可能にするギア機構とを備えた風向調整装置であって、
前記フィンは、前記筐体内の左右又は上下に配置された一対の羽根からなり、前記各羽根が板幅方向に設定された共通の枢軸線上を支点としてそれぞれ筐体前後方向に回動可能に支持されており、
前記各羽根は、略半円盤状からなり、前記ギア機構を介して相対的に反対方向に回転されて前記空気吸入口側より前記空気吹出口側への空気の流れをほぼ阻止する閉塞状態から空気の流れを許容しかつ風向を可変する開放状態に切り換えられ、
前記操作部は、前記筐体に設けた枢支部に回動自在に支持されたシャフトの前端側に装着されており、
前記ギア機構は、前記各羽根の略半円盤状の直線部分に一体に形成されたギア部と、前記シャフトの後端側に設けられて前記各羽根のギア部に噛み合っている歯車とを有していることを特徴とする風向調整装置。 - 前記筐体は、概略球形で前後端を開口していると共に、前記空気吸入口側より前記枢軸線上付近までが仕切板により2分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風向調整装置。
- 前記シャフトは前端側が前記筐体の枢支部に回動自在に支持され、後端側が前記仕切板に設けた枢支部に回動自在に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の風向調整装置。
- 前記筐体を組み込む枠体を有し、前記枠体を介して設置部に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の風向調整装置。
