Description
Claims (14)
- 車道の領域内の伸縮継目(2)を橋渡しする装置であって、
上部構造(5)と下部構造(6)とを有し、上部構造(5)が弾性的な部材(15)であり、下部構造(6)が上部構造(5)のための支持部を形成し、
少なくとも1つの保持部材(19、20)が上部構造(5)内に配置され、保持部材が少なくとも部分的に弾性的な部材(15)内に埋め込まれており、
前記上部構造(5)の前記部材(15)が、建設現場において直接的に注ぎ込み可能な冷間硬化する合成樹脂又はプラスチックで作られており、
前記弾性的な部材(15)内に、1つまたは複数の安定化部材(30)を案内する1つまたは複数のスリーブ形状の部材(32)が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 保持部材(19、20)が、上部構造(5)の少なくともほぼ全長にわたってつながって延びるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 1つまたは複数の保持部材(19,20)が、少なくとも1つの切欠きを有し、切欠き内へ弾性的な部材(15)が延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記合成樹脂がポリウレタンまたはポリ尿素−ないしポリユリア系−であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 弾性的な部材(15)が最大60mmの層厚(29)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 下部構造(6)が、少なくとも部分的に、エポキシ樹脂、ポリマーコンクリート、コンクリート、鋼を含むグループからの少なくとも1つの材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 1つまたは複数の保持部材(19、20)が、少なくとも1つの結合アンカー(25、26)によって下部構造(6)と結合していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 弾性的な部材(15)の、下部構造(6)の方向を向いた下側に、少なくとも1つの剪断キー(27、28)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記剪断キー(27、28)が上部構造(5)の全長にわたってつながって延びることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置(1)。
- 1つまたは複数の安定化部材(30)が1つまたは複数の保持部材(19、20)で支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 1つまたは複数の保持部材(19、20)が1つまたは複数の曲がった形態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 1つまたは複数の安定化部材(30)が、曲がった形態の上方へ向かって張り出す脚(23、24)の間に延びていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置(1)。
- 1つまたは複数の安定化部材(30)がそれぞれ圧縮ばね(31)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 1つまたは複数の安定化部材(30)あるいは1つまたは複数のスリーブ形状の部材(32)が、少なくとも部分的に螺旋チューブ(33)によって包囲されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
