Eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Überbrückung einer Dehnfuge (2) im Bereich einer Fahrbahn, umfassend eine Oberbaukonstruktion (5) und eine Unterbaukonstruktion (6), wobei die Oberbaukonstruktion (5) zumindest ein elastisches Element (15) aufweist und die Unterbaukonstruktion (6) eine Auflage für die Oberbaukonstruktion (5) bildet. In der Oberbaukonstruktion (5) ist zumindest ein Halteelement (19, 20) angeordnet, das zumindest teilweise in dem elastischen Element (15) eingebettet ist.
