Claims (18)
- 隣り合って設けられる少なくとも第1のポリマーと第2のポリマーとから形成される多
成分繊維を含む糸を組み込んでなる少なくとも1つの起毛面を有する生地であって、前記
第1のポリマー及び前記第2のポリマーが、前記多成分繊維を湾曲又はカールさせ、かつ
温度変化に応じて可逆的に元に戻す示差熱伸長を示し、周囲条件に応じて該生地の断熱性
能を調節する生地において、
前記第1のポリマーが第1のポリプロピレンであり、前記第2のポリマーが、該第1の
ポリプロピレンと異なる第2のポリプロピレンであって、
前記第1のポリプロピレンがアイソタクチックポリプロピレンであり、前記第2のポリ
プロピレンがシンジオタクチックポリプロピレンである生地。 - 前記糸のデニールが90〜500である、請求項1に記載の生地。
- 前記糸のデニールが160である、請求項2に記載の生地。
- 前記糸の引張強さが、0.5重量グラム毎デニール〜5.0重量グラム毎デニールであ
る、請求項1に記載の生地。 - 前記糸の引張強さが、2.3重量グラム毎デニールである、請求項4に記載の生地。
- 前記糸のフィラメント数が36〜144である、請求項1に記載の生地。
- 前記糸が72フィラメント糸である、請求項6に記載の生地。
- 前記多成分繊維が円形の断面を有し、前記第1のポリマー及び前記第2のポリマーが隣
り合った配置で配される、請求項1に記載の生地。 - 前記多成分繊維が矩形断面を有し、前記第1のポリマー及び前記第2のポリマーが隣り
合った配置で配される、請求項1に記載の生地。 - 前記多成分繊維がトリローバル断面を有する、請求項1に記載の生地。
- 前記多成分繊維がトリローバル断面を有し、その断面において、第1のポリマーが三裂
片の2裂片を含むような配置で、第2のポリマーが三裂片の残りの裂片を含むような配置

- 隣り合って設けられる少なくともポリプロピレンとポリエチレンとから形成される多成
分繊維を含む糸を組み込んでなる少なくとも1つの起毛面を有する生地であって、前記ポ
リプロピレン及び前記ポリエチレンが、前記多成分繊維を湾曲又はカールさせ、かつ温度
変化に応じて可逆的に元に戻す示差熱伸長を示し、周囲条件に応じて該生地の断熱性能を
調節し、
前記糸のデニールが150〜160であり、
前記多成分繊維が、−22°F(−30℃)〜95°F(+35℃)の温度範囲にわた
って全体で−5%〜−60%の平均変位を示す、生地。 - 前記多成分繊維が、−22°F(−30℃)〜95°F(+35℃)の温度範囲にわた
って全体で−20%〜−40%の平均変位を示す、請求項14に記載の生地。 - 前記多成分繊維がトリローバル断面を有し、その断面において、前記ポリプロピレンが
三裂片の2裂片を含むような配置で、前記ポリエチレンが三裂片の残りの裂片を含むよう
な配置で配される、請求項14に記載の生地。 - 前記多成分繊維が、50%のポリプロピレンと50%のポリエチレンとで構成される、
請求項14に記載の生地。 - 請求項1又は請求項14に記載の生地を含む、温度応答性生地製衣服。
