Description
長手方向軸線に沿って複数のノズルを有するプリンティングヘッドを第一の予め選んだ位置に位置決めするステップと、
境界材料をプリンティングヘッドから層状に選択的に分配するステップと、
プリンティングヘッドを第二の予め選んだ位置に再位置決めするステップと、
選択的に分配することを繰り返すステップと、を含む。
複数のノズルの各々から分配される境界材料の量を制御すべく複数のインクジェットノズルの各々からの吐出量を選択的に調節するステップを更に含む。
境界材料を全てのノズルから選択的に分配することにより単一の層を付着するステップと、
ノズルの各々からの付着物の高さを基準レベルと比較するステップと、
基準レベルとの差を計算するステップと、
ノズルの各々からの境界材料の分配量を調節するステップと、を含む。
直近に付着した層の高さを基準レベルと比較するステップと、
基準レベルとの差を計算するステップと、
ノズルの各々からの境界材料の分配量を調節するステップと、を含む。
境界材料を全てのノズルから選択的に分配することにより基準壁を構成し、該基準壁が複数の基準層を有し、複数の基準層の各々が相応するモデル層を付着する過程中に付着されるようにするステップを含む。
三次元的モデルの三次元的印刷装置において、
複数のノズルを有するプリンティングヘッドと、
複数のノズルの各々からの境界材料の吐出量を選択的に制御し、これにより、三次元的モデルを層状態で構成し得るようにプリンティングヘッドに接続された、制御手段と、
付着された層の各々を選択的に硬化させる硬化手段とを備える。
第1の態様による装置において、制御手段が、
プリンティングヘッドに接続されたディスペンサと、
プリンティングヘッドに接続されたプロセスコントローラと、
プロセスコントローラに接続されたコンピュータ支援設計(CAD)装置とを備える。
第1の態様による装置において、複数のノズルが1列のノズルを備える。
第2の態様による装置において、プロセスコントローラからの命令によりプリンティングヘッドを選択的に位置決めし得るようプロセスコントローラに接続された位置決め装置を更に備える。
第1の態様による装置において、境界材料が紫外線又は赤外線の照射により硬化可能なフォトポリマー材料である。
第1の態様による装置において、
プロセスコントローラに接続された基準センサと、
センサを位置決めし得るようにプロセスコントローラに接続されたセンサの位置決め装置と、
ノズルの各々からの付着した層の高さの差を計算する手段と、を更に備える。
三次元的モデルの三次元的印刷方法において、
長手方向軸線に沿って複数のノズルを有するプリンティングヘッドを予め選んだ第一の位置に位置決めするステップと、
プリンティングヘッドから境界材料を層状態に選択的に分配するステップと、
プリンティングヘッドを予め選んだ第二の位置に再位置決めするステップと、
選択的な分配ステップを繰り返すステップと、
予め選んだ第二の位置が予め選んだ第一の位置から長手方向軸線に沿って軸方向に変位されるようにすることと、を備える。
第7の態様による方法において、
複数のノズルの各々から分配された境界材料の量を制御し得るよう複数のインクジェットノズルの各々からの吐出量を選択的に調節するステップを更に備える。
第7の態様による方法において、境界材料がフォトポリマー材料であり、付着した層を紫外線又は赤外線の照射により硬化させるステップを更に備える。
第7の態様による方法において、
複数のノズルを較正するステップを更に備える。
第10の態様による方法において、較正するステップが、
複数のノズルの全てから境界材料を選択的に分配することにより単一の層を付着するステップと、
複数のノズルの各々からの付着分の高さを基準レベルと比較するステップと、
基準レベルとの差を計算するステップと、
複数のノズルの各々からの境界材料の分配量を調節するステップと、を備える。
第7の態様による方法において、後続の層を付着する前に層の各々における差を補償するステップを更に備える。
第12の態様による方法において、補償ステップが、
直近に付着した層の高さを基準レベルと比較するステップと、
基準レベルとの差を計算するステップと、
複数のノズルの各々からの境界材料の分配を調節するステップと、を備える。
第13の態様による方法において、比較するステップが、
複数のノズルの全てから境界材料を選択的に分配することにより基準壁を構成し、該基準壁が複数の基準層を備え、該複数の基準層の各々が相応するモデル層を付着する過程の間に付着されるようにするステップを含む。
Claims (12)
- 三次元的モデルの三次元的印刷装置において、
少なくとも1つの列に配列された境界材料を層状に選択的に分配する複数のインクジェットノズルを有するプリンティングヘッドであって、各層は、該プリンティングヘッドの所定数の通過で印刷され、前記層の上で垂直軸すなわちZ軸に位置決めされている前記プリンティングヘッドと、
前記プリンティングヘッドに接続されていて前記複数のノズルの各々からの境界材料の吐出量を選択的に制御する、制御手段と、
前記プリンティングヘッドに接続されているディスペンサと、
前記三次元的モデルがその上に形成される支持面と、
付着された前記層の各々を選択的に硬化させる硬化手段と、を備えた装置。 - 前記プリンティングヘッドが1列のインクジェットノズルを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記インクジェットノズルが前記境界材料を選択的に分配するように作動せしめられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段が、
前記プリンティングヘッドに接続されているプロセスコントローラと、
該プロセスコントローラに接続されているコンピュータ支援設計(CAD)装置と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセスコントローラからの命令により前記プリンティングヘッドをX及びY軸において選択的に位置決めし得るように前記プロセスコントローラに接続された位置決め装置を更に備える、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記インクジェットノズルが通過毎に前記境界材料を選択的に分配するように作動せしめられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プリンティングヘッドが、前記三次元的モデルの層を印刷するために、ステップ毎に長手軸に沿って変位せしめられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支持面を選択的に位置決めするための位置決め装置を更に備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記硬化手段が硬化ユニットを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記硬化手段が、前記プリンティングヘッドの両側に配置されている一対の硬化ユニットを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 余分な材料をトリミングするためのトリミング装置を更に備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記境界材料が、紫外線又は赤外線を照射することによって硬化可能なフォトポリマー材料である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
