Claims (9)
- C含有量が0.1質量%未満、
Mn含有量が0.4質量%未満、
Si含有量が0.04質量%未満、
Al含有量が0.1質量%未満、
Cr含有量が0.1質量%未満、
残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる、炭素を含有した非合金または低合金鋼材製の冷間圧延された鋼板で成る缶用リング型プルトップであって、
前記鋼板は、フェライトと、構造構成成分であるマルテンサイト、ベイナイトおよび/または残留オーステナイトのうちの少なくとも1つと、を含む多相構造を有し、
前記鋼板は少なくとも500MPaの引張強度と、5%以上の破断点伸びと、を有し、
前記鋼板は、保護層によりコーティングされている、
ことを特徴とする缶用リング型プルトップ。 - 以下の工程により、リング型プルトップを製造する方法であって、
C含有量が0.1質量%未満、
Mn含有量が0.4質量%未満、
Si含有量が0.04質量%未満、
Al含有量が0.1質量%未満、
Cr含有量が0.1質量%未満、
残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる、炭素を含有した非合金または低合金鋼材製の冷間圧延された鋼板を準備し、
電磁誘導により75K/s以上の加熱速度で前記鋼板を加熱することにより、前記鋼板を再結晶焼鈍処理し、
前記再結晶焼鈍処理後に少なくとも100K/sの冷却速度で前記鋼板を冷却し、
冷却後に得られた前記鋼板は少なくとも500MPaの引張強度と、5%以上の破断点伸びと、を有し、
前記鋼板を保護層によりコーティングし、
前記鋼板を前記リング型プルトップに加工処理する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理および前記冷却処理の後、前記鋼板は、フェライトと、構造構成成分であるマルテンサイト、ベイナイト及び/又は残留オーステナイトのうちの少なくとも1つと、を含む多相構造を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記多相構造の80%以上が、構造構成成分であるフェライト、マルテンサイト、ベイナイト、及び/又は残留オーステナイトで成る、
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 - 前記鋼板は、B及び/又はNb及び/又はTiを含有する低合金鋼材で製造され、Bの含有量は0.005質量%未満、Nbの含有量は0.05質量%未満およびTiの含有量は0.05質量%未満である、
ことを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記鋼板が前記再結晶焼鈍処理後に冷却される前記冷却速度は、500K/s以上である、
ことを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理および前記冷却処理の後に、前記鋼板はSn、Cr、Al、ZnまたはZn/Niの保護層でコーティングされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記鋼板は以下の上限の質量百分率の合金成分を含んだ低合金鋼材で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリング型プルトップ:
