Claims (11)
- リング型プルトップまたはリング型プルトップを備えた缶を製造するための保護層が提供された鋼板の利用であって、
前記鋼板は、炭素含有量が0.1質量%未満である非合金または低合金鋼材から製造され、
前記鋼板は、75K/s以上の加熱速度で再結晶焼鈍処理され、
前記再結晶焼鈍処理後に少なくとも100K/sの冷却速度で冷却され、
続いて保護層によりコーティングされる、
ことを特徴とする利用。 - 保護層が提供され、炭素含有量が0.1質量%未満の非合金または低合金鋼材で成る鋼板からリング型プルトップを製造する方法であって、
未コーティング状態の鋼板がまず75K/s以上の加熱速度で再結晶焼鈍処理され、
前記再結晶焼鈍処理後に少なくとも100K/sの冷却速度で冷却され、
続いて保護層によりコーティングされ、さらにリング型プルトップの製造のために加工処理される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記鋼板は電磁誘導による加熱によって再結晶焼鈍処理される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の利用または方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理と前記冷却処理の後、前記鋼板は多相構造を有し、前記多相構造は、フェライトと、構造構成成分であるマルテンサイト、ベイナイト及び/又は残留オーステナイトのうちの少なくとも1つと、を含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の利用または方法。 - 前記多相構造の80%以上、好適には少なくとも95%が、構造構成成分であるフェライト、マルテンサイト、ベイナイト、及び/又は残留オーステナイトで成る、
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の利用または方法。 - 前記鋼板は、B及び/又はNb及び/又はTiを含有する低合金鋼材で製造される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の利用または方法。 - 前記鋼板は、冷間圧延した薄鋼板または超薄鋼板で成る、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の利用または方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理および前記冷却処理の後に、前記鋼板はSn、Cr、Al、ZnまたはZn/Niの保護層でコーティングされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の利用または方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理および前記冷却処理の後に、前記鋼板は少なくとも500MPa、好適には650MPa以上の引張強度と、5%以上、好適には10%以上の破断点伸びとを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の利用または方法。 - 前記再結晶焼鈍処理後に前記鋼板が冷却される冷却速度は、100K/s以上、好適には500K/s以上である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の利用または方法。 - 前記鋼板は以下の上限の質量百分率の合金成分を含んだ低合金鋼材で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の利用または方法:
