Claims (1)
- 積層基板において、
(a)第1の熱膨張係数を有する、間隔をおいて配置された一対の透明ガラススキン層、及び
(b)前記透明ガラススキン層の間に配置された、前記第1の熱膨張係数より高い第2の熱膨張係数を有する、透明ガラスコア、
を有し、
(i)前記一対の透明ガラススキン層それぞれは残留圧縮応力を有し、前記透明ガラスコアは残留引っ張り応力を有し、
(ii)前記積層基板の総厚は、0.4mmから0.6mmの範囲であり、
(iii)前記一対の透明ガラススキン層それぞれの厚みは、0.02mmから0.2mmの範囲であり、
(iv)前記残留引っ張り応力(σ c )に対する前記残留圧縮応力(σ s )の比の絶対値(|σ s /σ c |)が条件式:2<|σ s /σ c |<20を満足する、
ことを特徴とする積層基板。
