前記蓄電装置を負荷と接続するオンと、前記蓄電装置および前記負荷の接続を遮断するオフとの間で切り替わるリレーと、
前記リレーの前記オンおよび前記オフを制御するコントローラと、
前記リレーを前記オンから前記オフに切り替えて、前記蓄電装置の通電を遮断する電流遮断回路と、
使用者の操作に応じて、前記蓄電装置の通電を許容する第1位置と、前記蓄電装置の通電を遮断する第2位置とに移動可能なプラグと、を有し、
前記電流遮断回路は、
前記蓄電ブロックの電圧値および閾値を比較して、前記蓄電ブロックが過充電状態であることを示すアラーム信号を出力するアラーム回路と、
前記アラーム信号を保持するラッチ回路と、
前記ラッチ回路の出力信号を受けて、前記リレーを前記オンから前記オフに切り替えるトランジスタと、
前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて、前記ラッチ回路を動作させる電力を生成する電源回路と、
を有し、
前記プラグは、前記第2位置への移動に応じて、前記電源回路の電力を前記ラッチ回路に供給するラインを遮断することを特徴とする蓄電システム。 - 充放電を行う複数の蓄電ブロックが直列に接続された蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置を負荷と接続するオンと、前記蓄電装置および前記負荷の接続を遮断するオフとの間で切り替わるリレーと、
前記リレーの前記オンおよび前記オフを制御するコントローラと、
前記リレーを前記オンから前記オフに切り替えて、前記蓄電装置の通電を遮断する電流遮断回路と、を有し、
前記電流遮断回路は、
前記蓄電ブロックの電圧値および閾値を比較して、前記蓄電ブロックが過充電状態であることを示すアラーム信号を出力するアラーム回路と、
前記アラーム信号を保持するラッチ回路と、
前記ラッチ回路の出力信号を受けて、前記リレーを前記オンから前記オフに切り替えるトランジスタと、
前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて、前記ラッチ回路を動作させる電力を生成する電源回路と、を有し、
前記ラッチ回路は、前記電源回路からの電力供給が遮断されることに応じて、前記アラーム信号の保持を解除することを特徴とする蓄電システム。 - 前記アラーム回路は、
前記蓄電ブロックの正極および負極における電位差である電圧値を出力する第1コンパレータと、
前記第1コンパレータから出力された電圧値が前記閾値よりも高いとき、前記アラーム信号を出力する第2コンパレータと、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電システム。 - 充放電を行う複数の蓄電ブロックが直列に接続された蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置を負荷と接続するオンと、前記蓄電装置および前記負荷の接続を遮断するオフとの間で切り替わるリレーと、
前記リレーの前記オンおよび前記オフを制御するコントローラと、
前記リレーを前記オンから前記オフに切り替えて、前記蓄電装置の通電を遮断する電流遮断回路と、を有し、
前記電流遮断回路は、
前記蓄電ブロックの電圧値および閾値を比較して、前記蓄電ブロックが過充電状態であることを示すアラーム信号を出力するアラーム回路と、
前記アラーム信号を保持するラッチ回路と、
前記アラーム回路の出力信号を受けて、前記ラッチ回路の入力信号を生成するフォトカプラと、
前記ラッチ回路の出力信号を受けて、前記リレーを前記オンから前記オフに切り替えるトランジスタと、を有しており、
前記ラッチ回路は、前記フォトカプラおよび前記トランジスタに電力を供給する電源からの電力供給を受けて動作することを特徴とする蓄電システム。 - 前記蓄電装置は、車両に搭載され、前記車両の走行に用いられるエネルギを出力しており、
前記車両のイグニッションスイッチがオンからオフに切り替わることに応じて、前記電源からの電力供給が遮断されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記ラッチ回路は、前記電源からの電力供給が遮断されることに応じて、前記アラーム信号の保持を解除することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蓄電システム。
- 前記コントローラは、
前記リレーに対する駆動指令と、前記リレーの動作状態とが一致していないとき、前記電流遮断回路が動作状態にあることを判別し、
前記電流遮断回路の作動回数が所定回数よりも多いとき、前記蓄電装置を前記負荷と接続させないことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記蓄電装置の電圧値を検出する電圧センサおよび、前記蓄電装置の電流値を検出する電流センサのうち少なくとも一方を用いて、前記リレーの動作状態を判別することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の蓄電システム。
