Description
補強材を前後に複数本有していれば、さらにスタンドが補強される。この場合、少なくとも1本の補強材が貫通孔に挿通されていれば、他の補強材は貫通孔に挿通されていなくてもよい。工作機械の前後長に合わせて、複数本の補強材を適正に配置すればよい。
この構成であっても、補強材を介して左右のスタンドの上下方向の途中部同士を互いに連結して、各スタンドを効果的に補強することができる。それにより、スタンドを狭いスペースに設置することが可能になる。

Claims (4)
- 工作機械と、この工作機械に対してワークの搬入出を行うローダと、このローダを支持する支持フレームとを備え、
前記工作機械は、ベッドと、このベッド上に設置されワークに加工を施す加工機器とを有し、
前記ローダは、前記工作機械の上方に設置された案内手段と、この案内手段に沿って移動し、前記工作機械の加工機器に対してワークの搬入出を行う移動体とを有し、
前記支持フレームは、前記ベッドの左右両側の床面にそれぞれ設置されて、前記案内手段を下から支える左右一対のスタンドと、前記ベッドに設けられた左右方向に貫通する貫通孔に、この貫通孔の内面に非接触で挿通され、左右両端が左右のスタンドの上下方向の途中部にそれぞれ連結された補強材とを有する、
工作機械システム。 - 左右両端が左右のスタンドの上下方向の途中部にそれぞれ連結された補強材を前後に複数本有し、少なくとも1本の補強材は前記貫通孔に、この貫通孔の内面に非接触で挿通され、残りの補強材は前記貫通孔に挿通されずに配置されている請求項1記載の工作機械システム。
- 前記工作機械は、前記加工機器である2本の主軸が左右平行に並ぶ平行2軸旋盤であって、各主軸がそれぞれ設置される2つのベッドが互いに分離して左右に配置され、これら2つのベッドのそれぞれに左右に貫通する貫通孔を設け、両ベッドの前記貫通孔に渡って、その内面に非接触で前記補強材を挿通した請求項1または請求項2記載の工作機械システム。
- 前記工作機械は、前記補強材を上下に2本有し、前記左右のスタンドが、これら2本の補強材により筋交い状に連結されている請求項1または請求項2記載の工作機械システム。
