Abstract

本申请主张2011年3月24日申请的日本特愿2011-065208的优先权,通过参照将其整体作为构成本申请的一部分来引用。
技术领域
本发明涉及机床系统,其具备:车床等机床;以及对该机床搬入搬出工件的装载机。
背景技术
例如在机床为车床的情况下,如图5所示,设置有相对于车床(在该例中为平行双轴车床)1搬入搬出工件的装载机2。装载机2的支承工件的装载机头等移动体(未图示)沿配置于车床1的上方的行进轨道16水平移动,装载机2相对于车床1搬入搬出工件。当上述行进轨道16由固定于车床1的框架支承时,随着移动体的移动的摇晃传递至车床1,对车床1的加工精度造成恶劣影响。
因此,一般情况下,上述行进轨道16由在车床1的左右两侧设置于地面的支架22来支承。在将支架22锚定于地面的情况下,由于从地面至行进轨道16的高度较高,所以为了保持支架22的强度,增大锚床25的面积(未图示),或如图5的例子那样在支架22设置有朝侧方大幅突出的加强框架32来进行加强。
另外,也公知有如下结构:在如平行双轴车床那样多个加工设备分别设置于独立的床身上的机床中,为了避免一个加工设备的振动传递至其它加工设备,将控制各加工设备的共同的机械控制盘设置于以跨越各床身的方式设置的门型框架(例如专利文献1)。

增大锚床25的面积的方法、以及在支架22设置加强框架32来进行加强的方法都需要用于在车床等机床的左右两侧设置支架的宽阔的空间。因此,在工厂内配置机床的方面上成为大的制约。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供机床系统,随着装载机的移动体的移动而产生的振动不会传递至机床,且能够节省空间地设置配置于机床的上方且支承装载机的支承框架的支架。
本发明的机床系统具备:机床;装载机,该装载机相对于该机床进行工件的搬入搬出;以及支承框架,该支承框架支承该装载机。所述机床具有:床身;以及加工设备,该加工设备设置于该床身上并对工件实施加工。所述装载机具有:引导单元,该引导单元设置于所述机床的上方;以及移动体,该移动体沿该引导单元移动,相对于所述机床的加工设备进行工件的搬入搬出。所述支承框架具有:左右一对支架,该左右一对支架分别设置于所述床身的左右两侧的地面,从下方支承所述引导单元;以及加强件,该加强件以不接触贯通孔的内表面的方式穿过设于所述床身且沿左右方向贯通的所述贯通孔,并且该加强件的左右两端分别与左右的支架的上下方向的中途部连结。
所述贯通孔不限于一个而可以设置有多个,另外,贯通孔的左右两端的位置可以上下、前后互相错开。更具体而言,所述贯通孔可以由例如在中空的床身的左右的侧壁设置的侧壁孔部构成,上述侧壁孔部可以上下、前后错开。
根据该结构,通过经由加强件将左右的支架的上下方向的中途部彼此互相连结,能够有效加强各支架。由此,不需要增大锚床的面积、或在支架设置朝侧方大幅突出的加强框架来进行加强,从而能够将支架设置于狭窄的空间。
由于加强件以不接触贯通孔的内表面的方式穿过贯通孔,所以伴随着移动体沿引导单元的移动而产生的振动不会传递至机床的加工设备。机床的床身一般为铸造品,在铸造时配置型芯的位置作为空间而残留。通过设计型芯的位置,易于将由型芯形成的空间形成沿左右方向贯通贯通孔。另外,为了轻量化、节俭材料,床身多设置有薄壁部、开口部分。因此,即使设置上述贯通孔,通过适当地设置床身也不会产生强度不足的问题。
在本发明中,在机床系统的前后具有多个左右两端分别与左右的支架的上下方向的中途部连结的加强件,至少一个加强件以不接触所述贯通孔的内表面的方式穿过该贯通孔,其余的加强件以未穿过所述贯通孔的方式配置。
若在前后具有多个加强件,则能够进一步加强支架。在该情况下,若至少一个加强件穿过贯通孔,则其它加强部件可以不穿过贯通孔。可以与机床的前后长度对应地适当地配置多个加强件。
在本发明中,所述机床为所述加工设备即两个主轴左右平行地排列的平行双轴车床,分别设置有各主轴的两个床身以互相分离的方式左右配置,在该情况下,可以在上述两个床身的每一个设置左右贯通的贯通孔,使所述加强件以不接触所述贯通孔的内表面的方式通过两床身的所述贯通孔。
在该结构中,也能够经由加强件将左右的支架的上下方向的中途部彼此互相连结,来有效加强各支架。由此,能够将支架设置于狭窄的空间。
在本发明中,优选,所述机床在上下具有两个所述加强件,所述左右的支架通过呈斜交叉状的所述两个加强件连结。根据该结构,由于左右的支架通过呈斜交叉状的两个加强件连结,所以能够越发提高各支架的强度,并且能够提高支承框架整体的刚性。由此,能够将支架设置于狭窄的空间。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图3对本发明的第一实施方式进行说明。该机床系统具备:机床、即平行双轴车床1;工件搬入搬出用的装载机2;以及控制该平行双轴车床1及装载机2的控制盘3。
机床、即平行双轴车床1具备左右两个互相独立且分别设置于地面F的床身5,在各床身5上的后部分别设置有加工设备即主轴6及刀具台7。在各床身5的前部设置有供通过加工而产生的切削落入的切削用凹部8。如图2所示,各床身5的后部基本上为由侧壁5a与顶壁5b构成的箱状的中空形。在左右的各床身5的左右的侧壁5a设置有侧壁孔部31a,该侧壁孔部31a构成用于使后述的加强件30A穿过的贯通孔31。在该实施方式中,各侧壁孔部31a的上下位置、前后位置以互相对应的方式设置,但是各侧壁孔部31a的位置可以上下、前后错开。在隔板(未图示)以与所述贯通孔31交叉的方式设置于床身5的内部的情况下,在该隔板设置有与所述侧壁孔部31a对应地在两侧贯通的孔部(未图示)。各床身5为铸造品。
主轴6为沿着前后方向(Z轴方向)的轴,在前端具有握持工件W(图1)的夹头10。主轴6以旋转自如的方式支承于在床身5上设置的主轴台11,通过设置于主轴台11的主轴马达(未图示)驱动而旋转。
刀具台7由正面形状为多边形的转塔刀架构成。在其各外周面部分安装有多个工具(未图示),能够将任意的工具旋转分度。刀具台7支承于输送台12,该输送台12设置于床身5上且能够沿前后方向(Z轴方向)及左右方向(X轴方向)自如移动。
装载机2为在设置于平行双轴车床1的左右两侧的原材料供给部(未图示)及产品搬出部(未图示)、与平行双轴车床1的各主轴6之间交接工件W的装置。该实施方式的装载机2是龙门(gantry)式的,利用装载夹头14握持工件W的装载机头15沿左右方向(X轴方向)及上下方向(Y轴方向)移动来输送工件W。具体而言,装载机2具有:水平的行进轨道16,其设置于平行双轴车床1的上方,且为引导单元;行进体17,其沿该行进轨道16行进;以及升降杆18,其相对于该行进体17升降且上下较长,在升降杆18的下端设置有上述装载机头15。由上述行进体17、升降杆18以及装载机头15构成沿引导单元即行进轨道16移动的移动体19。
装载机2的行进轨道16及控制盘3由支承框架20支承。如图3所示,支承框架20具备:上部框架部21,其载置行进轨道16及控制盘3;以及左右一对支架22、22,其支承该上部框架部21。
上部框架部21包括:沿着前后方向的左右一对侧框部件21a、21a;将上述侧框部件21a、21a的后端彼此连结的横框部件21b,上部框架部21为前方敞开的俯视形状“コ”字形。在各侧框部件21a的前端上表面设置有载置行进轨道16的轨道载置台23。另外,以架设于两个侧框部件21a的前后中间部之间的方式设置有载置控制盘3的控制盘载置台24。
支架22在固定于地面F的锚床25上经由衬板、垫片这样的夹持板26、26而分别铅直地设置有多个具体而言为前后一对支柱27A、27B,上述支柱27A、27B的上端与上述上部框架部21的侧框部件21a结合。前后一对支柱27A、27B的下部由水平状的连接部件28互相连结。另外,在各支柱27A、27B与夹持板26、26的结合部设置有例如正面形状三角形的加强部件29、29。加强部件29、29可以省略。
左右支架22的各支柱27A、27B的上下方向的中途部彼此由加强件30A、30B互相连结。在图中的例子中,加强件30A、30B的位置处于比支柱27A、27B的高度方向的中央靠下方的位置。如图1所示,将左右支架22的支柱27A彼此连结的前侧的加强件30A跨越左右两方的床身5而以不接触贯通孔31的内表面的方式穿过将上述床身5分别贯通的该贯通孔31。具体而言,贯通孔31由在床身5的各侧壁5a设置的侧壁孔部31a构成。另外,将左右支架22的支柱27B彼此连结的后侧的加强件30B位于左右床身5的后方。
根据该支承框架20的结构,各支架22通过经由加强件30A、30B在左右支架22的上下方向的中途部互相连结而被加强。由此,无需如现有的支承框架那样增大锚床25的面积、或在支架22设置加强框架32(参照图5)来进行加强,能够将支架22设置于狭窄的空间。在该支承框架20还设置有加强部件29,但是该加强部件29远远小于现有的加强框架32,从而能够将支架22设置于狭窄的空间。
由于前侧的加强件30A以不接触贯通孔31的内表面的方式穿过床身5的贯通孔31,所以随着装载机2的移动体19的移动而产生的振动不会传递至平行双轴车床1的主轴6、刀具台7,从而能够精度良好地进行加工。包括平行双轴车床1的机床的床身5一般为铸造品,在铸造时配置型芯的位置作为空间而残留。通过设计型芯的位置,易于将由型芯形成的空间形成沿左右方向贯通的贯通孔31。另外,为了轻量化、节俭材料,床身5多设置有薄壁部、开口部分。因此,即使设置上述贯通孔31,通过适当地设计床身5也不会产生强度不足的问题。
在该实施方式的情况下,在前后具有两个加强件30A、30B,一个加强件30A穿过在床身5设置的贯通孔31,另一个加强件30B以不穿过所述贯通孔31的方式配置。由此,至少一个加强件30A穿过贯通孔31即可,另一个加强件30B可以不穿过贯通孔,可以配合机床1的前后方向尺寸适当地配置多个加强件30A、30B。因此,加强件可以设置一个也可以设置三个以上。
图4示出本发明的第二实施方式。该机床系统的支承框架20利用正面观察互相交叉的两个加强件30A1、30A2而将左右支架22的前侧的支柱27A彼此互相连结。与此对应,在各床身5的左右侧壁5a设置有供各加强件30A1、30A2穿过的两个贯通孔31。具体而言,在左右外侧的侧壁5a的上下两处位置设置有侧壁孔部31b、31c,在内侧的侧壁5a的上下中央部的一处位置设置有侧壁孔部31d,由上述侧壁孔部31b、31c、31d构成贯通孔31。各加强件30A1、30A2以不接触贯通孔31的内表面的方式穿过上述贯通孔31。将后侧的支柱(未图示)彼此互相连结的加强件(未图示)可以与前侧的加强件30A1、30A2相同由交叉的两个加强件构成,或者可以与上述实施方式相同由一个水平的加强件单独地构成。
若如该支承框架20那样利用呈斜交叉状的两个加强件30A1、30A2将左右支架22的前侧的支柱27A彼此连结,则能够越发提高各支架22的强度,并且能够提高支承框架20整体的刚性。由此,能够将支架22设置于狭窄的空间,在该情况下,由于加强件30A1、30A2也以不接触贯通孔31的内表面的方式穿过床身5的贯通孔31,所以随着装载机2的移动体19的移动而产生的振动不会传递至平行双轴车床1的主轴6、刀具台7,从而能够精度良好地进行加工。
如上所述,参照附图对本发明的优选实施方式进行了说明,但是在不超出本发明的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种添加、变更或删除。例如,上述各实施方式的机床为平行双轴车床1,具有左右一对床身5,各床身5为互相独立的结构,但是可以为左右一对床身5互相结合的结构,或者床身未左右分离而为一体的结构。另外,机床可以为单轴车床,车床以外的设备。因此,这种设备也包括于本发明的范围内。

所述支承框架具有:左右一对支架,所述左右一对支架分别设置于所述床身的左右两侧的地面,从下方支承所述引导单元;以及加强件,该加强件以不接触贯通孔的内表面的方式穿过设于所述床身且沿左右方向贯通的所述贯通孔,并且该加强件的左右两端分别与左右的支架的上下方向的中途部连结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床系统,其特征在于,
在所述机床系统的前后具有多个左右两端分别与左右的支架的上下方向的中途部连结的加强件,至少一个加强件以不接触所述贯通孔的内表面的方式穿过该贯通孔,其余的加强件以未穿过所述贯通孔的方式配置。
3.根据权利要求1或者权利要求2所述的机床系统,其特征在于,
所述机床为所述加工设备即两个主轴左右平行地排列的平行双轴车床,分别设置有各主轴的两个床身以互相分离的方式左右配置,在所述两个床身的每一个设置左右贯通的贯通孔,使所述加强件以不接触所述贯通孔的内表面的方式通过两床身的所述贯通孔。
4.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的机床系统,其特征在于,
所述机床在上下具有两个所述加强件,所述左右的支架通过呈斜交叉状的所述两个加强件而连结。
