Description
本発明の実施の一形態を図面を参照して以下に説明する。本発明の実施の形態の薬液注入システム1000は、図1ないし図4に示すように、薬液注入装置100、薬液シリンジ200、透視撮像装置であるMRI装置300、を有しており、詳細には後述するが、被験者(図示せず)に薬液として造影剤などを注入する。
上述のような構成において、本形態の薬液注入装置100が使用される場合、図3に示すように、MRI装置300の撮像ユニット301の近傍に薬液注入装置100が配置され、使用する造影/生食シリンジ200C,Wや延長チューブ230などが用意される。
本形態の薬液注入システム1000では、上述のように薬液シリンジ200に各種データが記録されているRFIDチップ214が装着されており、薬液注入装置100は、そのRFIDチップ214から各種データを取得し、その各種データの少なくとも一部に対応して所定動作を実行するので、薬液注入装置100に大容量データを容易に入力して各種動作を実行することができる。
本発明は上記形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で各種の変形を許容する。例えば、上記形態では薬液シリンジ200が装填される注入ヘッド110にRFIDチップ214から各種データを取得するRFIDリーダ122と取得データを表示出力するサブタッチパネル121とが搭載されていることで、操作性が良好であることを例示した。

Claims (11)
- 薬液が充填されているシリンダ部材にピストン部材がスライド自在に挿入されている薬液シリンジと、前記シリンダ部材の末端に形成されたシリンダフランジを保持することによって複数のサイズの前記薬液シリンジが交換自在に装填され、装填された前記薬液シリンジの前記シリンダ部材と前記ピストン部材とを薬液注入機構で相対移動させて前記薬液を被験者に注入する薬液注入装置と、を少なくとも有し、前記薬液シリンジに、前記薬液シリンジのサイズに関するデータを含む各種データが記録されているRFID(Radio Frequency Identification)チップが装着されており、前記薬液注入装置が、前記RFIDチップから記録されている前記各種データを取得するRFIDリーダと、取得された前記各種データの少なくとも一部に対応して所定動作を実行する動作制御手段と、を有している薬液注入システムの作動方法であって、
前記RFIDリーダが新規の前記薬液シリンジの装着を検出すると、前記薬液注入機構を、装着された新規の前記薬液シリンジのピストン部材を保持する待機位置まで前進させること、
を含む薬液注入システムの作動方法。 - 前記所定動作の終了後、前記RFIDリーダが前記薬液シリンジの取り外しを検出すると、前記薬液注入機構をホームポジションまで後退させることをさらに含む請求項1に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。
- 前記薬液注入装置が、各種データを表示出力するデータ表示手段も有しており、
前記RFIDチップから取得された前記各種データの少なくとも一部を前記データ表示手段に表示出力させることをさらに含む請求項1または2に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。 - 前記薬液注入装置は、装填された前記薬液シリンジのRFIDチップを検出する位置に前記RFIDリーダが配置されており、
前記RFIDリーダが前記RFIDチップを検出しているときのみ前記薬液注入機構を動作可能とする請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。 - 前記RFIDチップから取得された前記各種データを保持することと、保持された前記各種データの少なくとも一部に対応して前記薬液注入機構を動作制御することと、をさらに含む請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。
- 前記薬液シリンジは、造影剤が前記薬液として充填された状態で出荷されるプレフィルドタイプの薬液シリンジである請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。
- 前記薬液シリンジの前記RFIDチップに前記造影剤の注入速度を時間経過により変化させる可変パターンがデータ設定されており、
前記可変パターンに対応して前記薬液注入機構の動作速度を経時的に変化させることをさらに含む請求項6に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。 - 前記薬液シリンジはリフィルタイプの薬液シリンジである請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。
- 前記動作制御手段が、所定の確認条件をデータ記憶している確認記憶手段をさらに有しており、
前記確認記憶手段にデータ記憶されている前記確認条件と前記RFIDチップから取得された前記各種データとを照合することと、
照合結果に対応して確認警告を報知出力することと、
をさらに含む請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。 - 前記複数のサイズのうち最大サイズ以外の薬液シリンジは、アダプタを介して前記薬液注入装置に装填される請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。
- 前記RFIDチップはデータの追記が可能であり、前記薬液注入装置は、装着されて注入動作が実行された薬液シリンジのRFIDチップに使用済をデータ記録することをさらに含む請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの作動方法。
