Claims (30)
- エネルギーを放出すると共に受取り且つ計測データを生成するように構成された計測モジュールを有する血管内計測装置を含むカテーテル組立体であって、所定量の流体を患者の血管に導入するように構成されたカテーテル組立体と、
少なくとも1つのプロセッサを有する、前記血管内計測装置との通信状態にある計測エンジンであって、
前記血管内計測装置から前記計測データを受け取り、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサを使用して、前記計測データに基づいてスペックル密度値を生成し、該スペックル密度値は前記血管内の解像不能な構造の濃度に相関しており、
前記血管の既定の部分への前記所定量の流体の導入と関連付けられた開始時間を判定し、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサを使用し、前記計測データに基づいて終了時間を判定し、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサを使用し、前記開始時間及び前記終了時間に基づいて経過時間を算出し、前記開始時間及び/又は前記終了時間は前記スペックル密度値が既定のスペックル密度閾値を超えるときであり、且つ、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサを使用し、前記経過時間及び前記経過時間における前記所定量の流体の移動距離に基づいて前記血管を通じた流速を算出する、
ように構成された計測エンジンと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記計測エンジンは、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサを使用し、前記計測データに基づいて前記血管の物理寸法を判定すると共に前記血管の前記物理寸法に基づいて前記流速を算出するように、更に構成されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記物理寸法は前記血管の断面積である請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記計測エンジンは、前記所定量の流体の既知の容積及び前記血管の前記断面積に基づいて前記経過時間における前記所定量の流体の前記移動距離を判定するように構成されている請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記計測エンジンは、前記血管の前記断面積と、前記経過時間における前記所定量の流体の前記移動距離と前記経過時間の比とを乗算することにより、前記流速を算出するように構成されている請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記計測エンジンは、前記経過時間における前記所定量の流体の前記移動距離を前記経過時間によって除算することにより、前記流速を算出するように構成されている請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記血管の既定の部分への所定量の流体の導入と関連付けられた開始時間を判定し、
前記計測データに基づいて終了時間を判定し、
前記開始時間及び前記終了時間に基づいて経過時間を算出し、前記開始時間及び/又は前記終了時間は前記スペックル密度値が既定のスペックル密度閾値を超えるときであり、且つ、
前記経過時間及び前記経過時間における前記所定量の流体の移動距離に基づいて前記血管を通じた流速を算出する、
