Claims (16)
- 積層電極および前記積層電極の少なくとも一つの末端に位置する少なくとも一つの最外郭電極を含む電極アセンブリー、および
前記電極アセンブリーを収容するケース、を含み、
前記少なくとも一つの最外郭電極は、電解液を含湿することができて電極の収縮および膨張時に電池に電解液を補充する多孔性を有する非活物質を含み、
前記非活物質は、電気化学的反応を生じさせない無機物質、有機物質またはこれらの組み合わせからなる、2次電池。 - 前記無機物質は、カーボンブラック、シリカゲル、ジルコニア、アルミナ、ゼオライト、セラミックパウダーおよびケイ素窒化物のうちで選択された少なくとも一つの多孔性無機物質を含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記有機物質は、フルオロポリマー、フルオロエラストマー、ペルフルオロエラストマー、エラストメリックビスフェノールAエポキシビニルエステル、ビニルエステル樹脂、(メタ)アクリレートノボラック−(メタ)アクリレートエポキシビニルエステル、ヒドロキシル−末端ポリブタジエン樹脂、フルフリルアルコール樹脂、パリレン、ポリアミド、ポリイミドおよびポリフェニレンスルフィドで選択された少なくとも一つの多孔性有機物質を含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つの最外郭電極は、
集電体、および
前記集電体の一面に形成され、非活物質を含む非活物質層、
を含み、
前記非活物質層は、前記ケースに接触している、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記少なくとも一つの最外郭電極は、前記集電体の他の一面に形成されている活物質層をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記非活物質層は、前記電極アセンブリーの下部または上部のうちの一つに位置する、請求項4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記非活物質層は、前記電極アセンブリーの下部および上部に位置する、請求項4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記積層電極は、
交互に積層されている複数の正極および負極、および
前記各正極および前記各負極の間に位置するセパレータ、
を含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記正極は、コバルト、マンガン、ニッケルおよびリチウムのうちの少なくとも一つを含む酸化物を含む正極活物質を含む、請求項8に記載の2次電池。
- 前記負極は、リチウムイオンを可逆的に挿入/脱離可能な物質、リチウム金属、リチウム金属の合金、リチウムをドープおよび脱ドープすることができる物質および遷移金属酸化物のうちの少なくとも一つを含む負極活物質を含む、請求項8に記載の2次電池。
- 積層電極および前記積層電極のうちの少なくとも一つの末端に位置する最外郭電極を含む電極アセンブリーを提供する段階、および
ケースに前記電極アセンブリーを収容する段階、を含み、
前記少なくとも一つの最外郭電極は、電解液を含湿することができて電極の収縮および膨張時に電池に電解液を補充する多孔性を有する非活物質を含み、
前記非活物質は、電気化学的反応を生じさせない無機物質、有機物質またはこれらの組み合わせからなる、2次電池の製造方法。 - 前記無機物質は、カーボンブラック、シリカゲル、ジルコニア、アルミナ、ゼオライト、セラミックパウダーおよびケイ素窒化物のうちで選択された少なくとも一つの多孔性無機物質を含む、請求項11に記載の2次電池の製造方法。
- 前記有機物質は、フルオロポリマー、フルオロエラストマー、ペルフルオロエラストマー、エラストメリックビスフェノールAエポキシビニルエステル、ビニルエステル樹脂、(メタ)アクリレートノボラック−(メタ)アクリレートエポキシビニルエステル、ヒドロキシル−末端ポリブタジエン樹脂、フルフリルアルコール樹脂、パリレン、ポリアミド、ポリイミドおよびポリフェニレンスルフィドで選択された少なくとも一つの多孔性有機物質を含む、請求項11に記載の2次電池の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの最外郭電極は、
集電体、および
前記集電体の一面に形成され、非活物質を含む非活物質層、
を含み、
前記非活物質層は、前記ケースに接触している、請求項11に記載の2次電池の製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの最外郭電極は、前記集電体の他の一面に位置する活物質層をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の2次電池の製造方法。
- 前記非活物質層は、前記電極アセンブリーの下部または上部に位置する、請求項11に記載の2次電池の製造方法。
