Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 음극판, 양극판 및 세퍼레이터를 포함하여 충방전을 하는 전극조립체; 및상기 전극조립체의 하부에 분리 부착되어 상기 전극조립체가 캔에 용이하게 삽입되도록 하는 분리하부테잎을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리하부테잎을 갖는 전극조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리하부테잎은상기 전극조립체의 중심에서 좌우 대칭으로 소정간격 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리하부테잎을 갖는 전극조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분리하부테잎은좌측 및 우측에 각각 다수로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리하부테잎을 갖는 전극조립체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분리하부테잎은내측단부가 상기 전극조립체의 중심에서 상기 전극조립체의 전체 폭의 10% 이상 이격되고, 그리고 외측단부는 상기 전극조립체의 가장자리로부터 상기 전극조립체의 전체 폭의 10% 이상 이격되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리하부테잎을 갖는 전극조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분리하부테잎은연성 재질을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리하부테잎을 갖는 전극조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분리하부테잎은0.4 Mpa 이하의 압력으로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리하부테잎을 갖는 전극조립체.
