Abstract
【解決手段】負極板、正極板及びセパレーターを含む電極組立体11が容器に容易に挿入できるようにするために、電極組立体の下部の複数箇所を分離下部テープ24で、分離して固定する。テープはポリイミド、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンからなり、アクリル系の接着剤が一面に塗布されている。

Description
第三に、単一下部テープは電極組立体の下部のほとんど全面に付着されているので、下部テープの使用量が多くなり、これによって電池の原価が高くなる。その上、下部テープの機能が電極組立体をカンに容易に挿入することにあり、また、下部テープが電極組立体の下部面に弱く付着されている場合には電極組立体がカンに挿入された後に下部テープが落ちてしまう場合もあることを勘案すると、下部テープの過多使用は改善する必要がある。
(実験例1)
分離下部テープの長さ条件をb/a=0及びc/a=0にした時、圧縮時に発煙される割合が30%を示した。
(実験例2)
分離下部テープの長さ条件をb/a=0.1及びc/a=0にした時、圧縮時に発煙される割合が20%を示した。
(実験例3)
分離下部テープの長さ条件をb/a=0及びc/a=0.1にした時、圧縮時に発煙される割合が20%を示した。
(実験例4)
分離下部テープの長さ条件をb/a=0.1及びc/a=0.1にした時、圧縮時に発煙される割合が5%を示した。

Claims (14)
- 負極板、正極板及びセパレーターを含む電極組立体であって、
前記電極組立体を容器に容易に挿入できるようにするために、前記電極組立体の下部を分離下部テープで分離して固定することを特徴とする電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
前記電極組立体の中心から左右対称に所定間隔離隔されて前記電極組立体の下部を固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
前記電極組立体の中心から左右非対称に所定間隔離隔されて前記電極組立体の下部を固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
左側及び右側の少なくとも2箇所で前記電極組立体の下部を固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
前記分離下部テープの全長が前記電極組立体全体幅の1/4ないし3/4であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
内側端部が前記電極組立体の中心で前記電極組立体の全体幅の10%以上離隔され、そして外側端部は前記電極組立体の端から前記電極組立体の全体幅の10%以上離隔されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
前記分離下部テープが前記電極組立体に接着された時にその接着高さが3ないし8mmになるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
厚さが20ないし60μmに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
引張強度が少なくとも2kgf/cm2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
軟伸率が少なくとも50%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
ポリイミド、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンのうちからいずれか一つでなされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
接着強度が少なくとも20g/mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
一面に塗布される接着剤がアクリル係接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離下部テープは、
0.1ないし0.4Mpaの圧力で付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
