Claims (14)
- 제1 전극과 제2 전극과 그 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터와 함께 권취된 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체의 하부에 부착되는 하부 테이프와, 상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 캔 및 접속리드의 하나가 상기 캔의 바닥에 용접되는 보호소자를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 보호소자가 용접되는 상기 캔의 바닥부분에 대응되는 상기 캔의 내측 하부에 부착되는 내열성 부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 부재의 두께는 10 내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 부재의 두께는 20 내지 50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 부재는 내열성 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 내열성 필름은 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리에틸 렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 및 폴리에테르술폰으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 필름은 접착제층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 내열성 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 폴리이미드계 접착제, 실리콘계 접착제, 실리콘/폴리이미드계 접착제 및 에폭시계 접착제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 부재는 내열성 코팅으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 코팅은 내열도료를 스프레이하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 내열도료는 실리콘 수지, 변성 실리콘 수지, 우레탄 수지, 실리콘알키드 수지 및 실리콘아크릴 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 코팅은 불소수지 코팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 불소수지는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 에틸렌/테트라플루오로에틸렌, 퍼플루오로알콕시 및 플루오로화 에틸렌 프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
