Claims (12)
- 전극 조립체가 수납되고, 제 1 면에 상기 전극조립체와 전기적으로 연결되는 전극단자가 인출된 캔을 포함하는 베어셀;상기 캔의 제 1 면 및 상기 제 1 면과 이웃한 적어도 한 면에 부착되는 외장재 및;상기 캔의 외면중 상기 외장재가 부착되지 않은 나머지 면에서 적어도 어느 한 면에 부착되는 보호재를 구비하고,상기 보호재는 절연필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호재는 상기 캔의 절연 또는 상품정보의 기재를 위한 외장필름을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호재는 폴리에틸렌 텔레프탈레이트(poly ethylene terephthalate : PET)인 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외장재는 보호회로가 포함된 수지몰딩부,상기 보호회로와 상기 전극조립체를 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 리드전극부를 덮도록 형성되는 측면커버를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 수지몰딩부는, 상기 제 1 면에 이웃하는 제 2 면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 리드전극부는,상기 전극단자와 상기 보호회로를 연결하는 제 1 리드전극 및,상기 캔과 상기 보호회로를 연결하는 제 2 리드전극을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호재는 상기 측면커버의 일부를 덮도록 상기 캔의 외면에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 측면커버는,상기 제 1 리드전극을 덮는 제 1 커버와 상기 제 2 리드전극을 덮는 제 2 커버로 구성되며,상기 제 1 커버 및 상기 제 2 커버의 일단은 상기 수지몰딩부와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 보호재는 상기 캔의 외면과 상기 외장필름 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 캔은 외면에 절연도료가 더 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 보호재는 상기 절연도료와 상기 외장필름 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호재 부착 캔형 이차전지.
