Claims (10)
- 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 적층 시트를 권취하여 젤리-롤형 전극조립체(젤리-롤)를 제조하는 방법으로서, 권취기에 센터 핀을 직접 고정한 후, 권취기에 의해 회전하는 상기 센터 핀 상에 적층 시트를 권취하며, 상기 센터 핀은 판재의 양 단부가 서로 대면한 상태로 핀의 중심을 향하도록 절곡한 상태에서 둥글게 말아 수평단면 상으로 원통 구조를 이루고 있으며, 핀의 중심 방향으로 돌출된 상기 양 단부가 권취기에 고정된 상태에서 센터 핀이 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센터 핀의 판재는 금속 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 판재 양 단부는 센터 핀의 직경을 기준으로 20 내지 95%의 길이로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 판재 양 단부는 센터 핀의 직경을 기준으로 40 내지 60%의 길이로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적층 시트는 그것의 단부가 센터 핀의 양 단부 절곡 부위에 삽입되어 권취되는 것을 특징으로 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센터 핀의 외경은 2 내지 4 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 판재의 두께는 0.1 내지 0.3 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 방법으로 제조된 젤리-롤형 전극조립체.
- 제 8 항에 따른 젤리-롤형 전극조립체가 원통형 캔에 내장되어 있는 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
