Claims (6)
- 電極へと組み立てる前に、集電体の1つの主表面にコーティングされた活性材料層を有するカソードおよび別の集電体の1つの主表面にコーティングされた活性材料層を有するアノードを、縦断面においてジグザグの形で屈曲するステップと、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードを屈曲した後に、前記活性材料層が互いに対向し、かつ、前記カソードと前記アノードとの間に隔離板が配置されるように、前記カソードおよび前記アノードを互いに嵌合させるステップと、
を含み、
前記隔離板が、曲げ方向に対して直角の縦方向に、各電極の幅の倍数に等しいサイズにわたって展開し、複数の電極が前記縦方向に互いに嵌合した後に折りたたまれる、
電極アセンブリの製造方法。 - 前記電極の前記集電体の折りたたみ領域に、前記集電体を容易に曲げることを可能にするためのマーキングが施されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電極の前記活性材料層が、活性材料が前記折りたたみ領域に存在しないように、あるいは前記活性材料が前記折りたたみ領域に薄く加えられるようにパターン形成されたコーティングである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記隔離板が、前記電極を曲げる前に前記カソードまたは前記アノードの前記活性材料層に熱溶接される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電極リード線を対応する電極に取り付けることができるように、各電極の片側または両側で前記活性材料層が所定の大きさにわたってコーティングされない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記隔離板が、曲げ方向に対して直角の横方向に、各電極の長さより長い距離にわたって展開し、前記隔離板の延長部分が前記嵌合した電極の外部表面を覆っている、請求項1に記載の方法。
