Claims (11)
- 하기 화학식 1 내지 7로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 니켈 계열 양극 활물질; 및판상형 탄소 도전재를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극.[화학식 1]LixNi1-yMyA2[화학식 2]LixNi1-yMyO2-zXz[화학식 3]LixNi1-yCoyO2-zXz[화학식 4]LixNi1-y-zCoyMzAα[화학식 5]LixNi1-y-zCoyMzO2-αXα[화학식 6]LixNi1-y-zMnyMzAα[화학식 7]LixNi1-y-zMnyMzO2-αXα(상기 식에서, 0.90 ≤ x ≤1.1, 0 ≤y ≤0.5, 0 ≤z ≤0.5, 0 ≤ α≤2이고, M는 Al, Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, Fe, Mg, Sr, V 또는 희토류 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이며, A는 O, F, S 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이고, X는 F, S 또는 P이다.)

- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 도전재의 장축과 단축의 비는 1 : 1 내지 10인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은 니켈 계열 양극 활물질인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 니켈 계열 양극 활물질은 하기 화학식 1 내지 7로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.[화학식 1]LixNi1-yMyA2[화학식 2]LixNi1-yMyO2-zXz[화학식 3]LixNi1-yCoyO2-zXz[화학식 4]LixNi1-y-zCoyMzAα[화학식 5]LixNi1-y-zCoyMzO2-αXα[화학식 6]LixNi1-y-zMnyMzAα[화학식 7]LixNi1-y-zMnyMzO2-αXα(상기 식에서, 0.90 ≤ x ≤1.1, 0 ≤y ≤0.5, 0 ≤z ≤0.5, 0 ≤ α≤2이고, M는 Al, Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, Fe, Mg, Sr, V 또는 희토류 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이며, A는 O, F, S 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이고, X는 F, S 또는 P이다.)
