Claims (11)
- 柱材と梁材とによる骨組構造体によって形成される建物ユニットの上面に設置されるバルコニーユニットであって、
前記柱材の上端に接合される手摺柱と、その手摺柱の上部間に架け渡される上梁と、前記手摺柱の下部間に架け渡される下梁と、前記上梁と前記下梁とに支持される手摺面材とを備え、
前記手摺柱の側面に前記下梁の端部がボルトを介して固定されることを特徴とするバルコニーユニット。 - 前記上梁と前記下梁との間には、上端及び下端にバネ構造を備えた間柱が取り付けられ、前記間柱に前記手摺面材が固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルコニーユニット。
- 前記手摺柱には、軸方向に貫通する貫通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバルコニーユニット。
- 前記手摺柱の下端付近の側面には、前記貫通孔に連通する点検穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバルコニーユニット。
- 前記手摺面材を備えた壁ユニットを形成するとともに、前記手摺柱間に前記壁ユニットを差し込ませることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルコニーユニット。
- 前記手摺面材を備えた壁ユニットを形成するとともに、前記下梁に間柱の下端を取り付け、前記手摺柱と前記間柱との間又は前記間柱間の少なくとも一方に前記壁ユニットを差し込ませることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルコニーユニット。

前記柱材の上端に接合される手摺柱と、その手摺柱の上部間に架け渡される上梁と、前記手摺柱の側面の下部間に架け渡されてボルトを介して固定される下梁とを備えた固定部と、
前記固定部に支持される手摺面材を備えた変動部とを有することを特徴とするバルコニーユニット。 - 前記手摺面材は、複数の面板と、その面板間を内側面側から連結する縦枠とから形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のバルコニーユニット。
- 前記縦枠の上端及び下端を、前記上梁と前記下梁とにそれぞれ連結させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバルコニーユニット。
