Description
この発明は、圧力範囲の一部位内の位置調整とこの範囲のもう1つの部位内の圧力調整とを合体させた圧力調整器に関係している。圧力範囲の低い部位は、流量に関し強く増大される圧力分散(derivative)が与えられることが出来、高い部位は流量に関し緩やかに増大される圧力分散(derivative)が与えられることが出来る。
Claims (11)
- ショックアブソーバ弁の為の圧力調整器(1)であって、圧力調整器は、相互間に調節可能な流量開口が創出されるよう弁ハウジング(2)中に配置されている軸方向に移動可能な第1弁部位(4)及び第1弁座(3)を備えていて、流量開口は緩衝媒体流量(q)を制限するよう構成され、その流量開口寸法(s)は第1弁部位(4)上の力の釣り合いで決定され、力の釣り合いは、作動力(F)とばね構成からの力(Fs)との合計から主に又は部分的に創出され、ばね構成は、第1ばね定数(K1)を有する第1ばね(5)及び第2ばね定数(K2)を有する第2ばね(6)を備えていて対抗保持圧力調整力(R)の作用に対抗して移動可能な弁部位(4)上に作用しており、
対抗保持圧力調整力(R)は第1及び第2ばね(5,6)の両方のばね特性により決定され、第1ばね(5)はストローク(S1)の間に作動力(F)と相互作用し、第2ばね(6)はばねの可能な軸方向変形能力に規定された限定された作動範囲を有していて、それによってそれは第2ばね(6)の限定された作動範囲により規定された弁座(3)に近い初期ストローク(S3)においてのみ作動力(F)と相互作用すると同時に第1ばね(5)と直列に作用する、
ことを特徴とする圧力調整器。 - 第1弁部位(4)及び第2ばね(6)の少なくとも1つの部位は、互いに支持していて、第2ばね(6)がばね(6)上に何の力も作用しない場所であるその基礎位置に到達するまで初期ストロ−ク(S3)の間は1つのユニットとして縦並びで移動する、ことを特徴としている請求項1に記載の圧力調整器。
- 第1ばね(5)は、第2ばね(6)のばね定数(K2)よりも遥かに低いばね定数(K1)を有している、ことを特徴としている請求項1又は2に記載の圧力調整器。
- 第1及び/又は第2ばね(5,6)は、少なくとも2つの場所で弾性橋状部(5d,6d)に連結されている内方(5a,6a)及び外方ばね部位(5b,6b)を有しているワッシャーの形状を有していて、内方(5a,6a)及び外方ばね部位(5b,6b)は互いにはねることができるとともに互いに移動することが出来る、ことを特徴としている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整器。
- 初期ストロ−ク(S3)の間には、移動可能な第1弁部位(4)が第2ばね(6)の内方ばね部位(6a)を押した時に第2ばね(6)の内方ばね部位(6a)が外方ばね部位(6b)に対し移動し、同時に外方ばね部位(6b)は弁ハウジング(2)中に又は対して固定される、ことを特徴としている請求項4に記載の圧力調整器。
- 第2ばねの内方ばね部位(6a)は、初期ストロ−ク(S3)の間に、第1弁部位(4)に対し支持されているとともに密封されている、ことを特徴としている請求項5に記載の圧力調整器。
- 第2ばね(6)は内方及び外方ばね部位(6a,6b)の間の内部空間中に流量貫通孔(6d)を伴うよう構成されていて、その結果それは弁座(3)に向かう調節可能流量開口(S)を構成し、流量貫通孔(6d)内で緩衝媒体が流れた時に緩衝媒体流量(q)の制限が創出されることを通じて、初期ストロ−ク(S3)の間に第1弁部位(4)の動きの緩衝を生じさせる、ことを特徴としている請求項6に記載の圧力調整器。
- 第2ばねの内方部位(6a)は、弁座(S)上に構成されている内方弁座縁(3b)の弁座直径(D1)よりも大きい外方直径(dsi)を有していて、その結果、内方弁座縁(3b)は第2ばねの内方部位(6a)を支持できる、ことを特徴としている請求項7に記載の圧力調整器。
- 少なくとも1つの緩衝孔(16)が第2ばねの内方ばね部位(6a)中に配置されていて、初期ストロ−ク(S3)の間に第1弁部位(4)の動きのさらなる緩衝を生じさせる、ことを特徴としている請求項7又は8に記載の圧力調整器。
- 圧力調整器は、ショックアブソーバ弁中の主弁を横切る主緩衝媒体の流量を決定するパイロット圧力(Pp)を調整する、ことを特徴としている請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整器。
- 前記主弁は、少なくとも第1主弁ばね(10a)及び圧力調整器により決定されたパイロット圧力(Pp)の作用に対抗して主弁座(11)に対し軸方向に移動するよう構成されている主円錐体(9)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の圧力調整器。
