Description
もよい。
Li源としてLi2CO3、V源としてV2O5、及び、PO4源としてNH4H2PO4をLiVOPO4の化学量論比で混合し、600℃で12時間焼成して、母粒子4(平均粒径3.5μmのLiVOPO4粒子)を得た。
母粒子及び微粒子3の各粒径を表1に示す値としたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、実施例2〜7の各電極用複合粒子及び各評価用セルをそれぞれ作製し、また、放電電圧及び放電容量の測定を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
母粒子4として、3.5μmの粒径を有するLiNiMnCoO2粒子を用い、また、微粒子3の粒径を300nmとしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、参考例8の電極用複合粒子及び評価用セルを作製し、また、放電電圧及び放電容量の測定を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
500nmの粒径を有する微粒子3を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、比較例1の電極用複合粒子及び評価用セルを作製し、また、放電電圧及び放電容量の測定を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
比較例2では、実施例1〜7とは対照的に、電極用活物質として電極用複合粒子8を用いなかった。その代わりに、比較例2では、実施例1と同じ活物質(LiVOPO4)、導電性炭素、及びバインダーを共に混練・混合して得たスラリーを、アルミニウム箔上に塗布して電極を形成した。そして、電極の形成方法以外は実施例1と同様の方法で、比較例2の評価用セルを作製し、また、放電電圧及び放電容量の測定を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
比較例3では、参考例8とは対照的に、電極用活物質として電極用複合粒子8を用いなかった。その代わりに、比較例3では、参考例8と同じ活物質(LiNiMnCoO2)、導電性炭素、及びバインダーを共に混練、混合して得たスラリーを、アルミニウム箔上に塗布して電極を形成した。電極の形成方法以外は、参考例8と同様の方法で、比較例3の評価用セルを作製し、また、放電電圧及び放電容量の測定を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
Claims (2)
- 正極用活物質を含む母粒子を少なくとも1つ有する核粒子と、
前記核粒子の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆する電子伝導層と、を備え、
前記電子伝導層は、正極用活物質を含む微粒子と、炭素と、を有し、
前記微粒子の粒径が300nm以下であり、
前記母粒子に含まれる正極用活物質がLiVOPO4であり、
前記微粒子に含まれる正極用活物質がLiVOPO4である、
リチウムイオン二次電池又はリチウム二次電池の正極用複合粒子。 - 請求項1に記載の正極用複合粒子を含む正極を備える、リチウムイオン二次電池又はリチウム二次電池。
