Description
参考例に係る動力伝達装置は、ハイブリッド車(車両)の駆動源としてのエンジンE及びモータMによる駆動力を車輪(駆動輪)に伝達又は遮断するためのものであり、図1及び図2に示すように、第1クラッチ手段1aと、第2クラッチ手段1bと、第3クラッチ手段2と、選択手段3とを主に有している。尚、図1は、本参考例に係る動力伝達装置の主要部を表す縦断面図であり、図2は、同参考例に係る動力伝達装置を模式化した模式図を示すものである。
本実施形態に係る動力伝達装置は、参考例と同様、ハイブリッド車(車両)の駆動源としてのエンジンE及びモータMによる駆動力を車輪(駆動輪)に伝達又は遮断するためのものであり、図11に示すように、第1クラッチ手段1a及び第2クラッチ手段1bの出力側と車両が具備する変速機Aとの間に配設され、エンジンE又はモータMの駆動力を変速機Aへ伝達又は遮断し得る第4クラッチ手段23を具備したものである。尚、参考例と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付すこととし、それらの詳細な説明を省略する。
本実施形態に係る動力伝達装置は、参考例及び第1の実施形態と同様、ハイブリッド車(車両)の駆動源としてのエンジンE及びモータMによる駆動力を車輪(駆動輪)に伝達又は遮断するためのものであり、図14に示すように、第1クラッチ手段1a及び第2クラッチ手段1bの出力側と車両が具備する変速機Aとの間に配設され、エンジンE又はモータMの駆動力を変速機Aへ伝達又は遮断し得る第4クラッチ手段24を具備したものである。かかる第4クラッチ手段24は、奇数段用第4クラッチ手段24aと、偶数段用第4クラッチ手段24bとから成るものとされる。尚、参考例及び第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付すこととし、それらの詳細な説明を省略する。
本実施形態に係る動力伝達装置は、参考例及び第1、2の実施形態と同様、ハイブリッド車(車両)の駆動源としてのエンジンE及びモータMによる駆動力を車輪(駆動輪)に伝達又は遮断するためのものであり、図17に示すように、第1クラッチ手段1a及び第2クラッチ手段1bの出力側と車両が具備する変速機Aとの間に配設され、エンジンE又はモータMの駆動力を変速機Aへ伝達又は遮断し得る第4クラッチ手段23(第2の実施形態参照)に加え、変速機Aをバイパスしつつ第1クラッチ手段1a及び第2クラッチ手段1bの出力側と駆動輪D側との間に配設され、エンジンE又はモータMの駆動力を当該変速機Aを介さず駆動輪Dへ伝達又は遮断し得る第5クラッチ手段26を具備したものである。尚、参考例及び第1、2の実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付すこととし、それらの詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (15)
- 車両が搭載するエンジンから駆動輪に至る動力伝達系の途中に配設されて当該エンジンの駆動力を駆動輪に対して伝達又は遮断可能な第1クラッチ手段と、
車両が搭載するモータから駆動輪に至る動力伝達系の途中に配設されて当該モータの駆動力を駆動輪に対して伝達又は遮断可能な第2クラッチ手段と、
を具備し、車両の走行状況に応じて前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段を任意に作動可能とされたハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置であって、
前記エンジン及びモータからの前記駆動輪に対する動力伝達を遮断し、且つ、当該エンジンとモータとを互いに連結してその一方から他方へ動力を伝達し得る構成とされるとともに、前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段の出力側と車両が具備する変速機との間に配設され、前記エンジン又はモータの駆動力を前記変速機へ伝達又は遮断し得る第4クラッチ手段を具備し、当該第4クラッチ手段を介してのみ前記変速機に当該駆動力が伝達される構成とされ、当該第4クラッチ手段により前記エンジン及びモータからの駆動輪に対する動力伝達を遮断しつつ前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段により前記エンジンとモータとを互いに連結してその一方から他方へ動力を伝達させ得ることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 車両が具備する変速機をバイパスしつつ前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段の出力側と前記駆動輪側との間に配設され、前記エンジン又はモータの駆動力を前記変速機を介さず前記駆動輪へ伝達又は遮断し得る第5クラッチ手段を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1クラッチ手段、第2クラッチ手段、及び当該第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段に対応する2つの油圧ピストンを同一筐体内に有するとともに、当該油圧ピストンを作動させる油圧を制御することにより、当該第1クラッチ手段又は第2クラッチ手段を任意選択的に作動可能とされたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記モータによる車両の発進及び走行時、前記第2クラッチ手段を作動させて当該モータから駆動輪に動力を伝達させるとともに、前記第1クラッチ手段を作動させず前記エンジンから駆動輪に対する動力伝達を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記モータによる車両の後退発進及び後退走行時、当該モータを逆回転させることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記モータを駆動させるバッテリと、該バッテリの残存電力量を検出する残存量検出手段とを備え、当該残存量検出手段で検出された残存電力量が適正範囲にあるときに限り、前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段を共に作動させて前記エンジン及びモータからの駆動力を同時に前記駆動輪に伝達させ得るよう構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記モータを駆動させるバッテリと、該バッテリの残存電力量を検出する残存量検出手段とを備え、車両の走行中、当該残存量検出手段で検出された残存電力量が規定より低いとき、前記エンジンからの駆動力を前記駆動輪に伝達させるとともに前記モータに伝達させ、当該モータによる発電を行わせることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記モータを駆動させるバッテリと、該バッテリの残存電力量を検出する残存量検出手段とを備え、車両の停止中、当該残存量検出手段で検出された残存電力量が規定より低いとき、前記エンジンから前記駆動輪に対する動力伝達を遮断するとともに、当該エンジンから前記モータに対して駆動力を伝達させ、当該モータによる発電を行わせることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 低温時の発進時又は高速走行時、前記エンジンから前記駆動輪に対して駆動力を伝達するとともに、前記モータから前記駆動輪に対する駆動力の伝達を遮断し得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段と駆動輪との間の動力伝達系の途中に自動変速機を具備し、当該自動変速機により変速可能とされたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記自動変速機は、無段変速機であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記自動変速機は、ダブルクラッチ式変速機であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記自動変速機は、シングルクラッチ式変速機であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記エンジンから前記第1クラッチ手段への動力伝達系の途中にトルク変動を減衰し得るダンパ機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 電動オイルポンプを備え、当該電動オイルポンプにより発生された油圧にて前記第1クラッチ手段又は第2クラッチ手段を任意に作動させ得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜14の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
