不良:メッキ層に直径0.5mm未満のSpot型未メッキがある状態。
非常に不良:メッキ層に0.5mm以上の未メッキがある状態。

○:塗膜ブリスタの幅3〜5mm
△:塗膜ブリスタの幅5mm超過〜7mm
X:塗膜ブリスタの幅7mm超過
◎:塗膜ブリスタの幅2mm未満
○:塗膜ブリスタの幅3〜4mm
△:塗膜ブリスタの幅4mm超過〜6mm
X:塗膜ブリスタの幅6mm超過
Claims (16)
- 質量%でC:0.1〜1.5%、Mn:15.18〜35%、残りのFe及びその他不可避な不純物からなる素地鋼板に質量%で、Mn:0.1〜10%、Fe:5〜15%で、残りのZn及びその他不可避な不純物で組成された合金化溶融メッキ層が形成されたものであることを特徴とする耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は、0.01〜3%のAlをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は、Si:3%以下、Cr:9%以下、Cu:5%以下、Ni:4%以下、Mo:1%以下、Nb:1%以下、V:0.5%以下及びN:0.04%以下からなるグループのうち、選ばれた1種または2種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は、Sb:0.005〜0.05%をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は、Sb:0.005〜0.05%をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は、B:0.0005〜0.040%、Zr:0.0005〜0.1%、La:0.0005〜0.040%、Ce:0.0005〜0.040%及びCa:0.0005〜0.030%からなるグループのうち、選ばれた1種または2種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は、B:0.0005〜0.040%、Zr:0.0005〜0.1%、La:0.0005〜0.040%、Ce:0.0005〜0.040%及びCa:0.0005〜0.030%からなるグループのうち、選ばれた1種または2種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は、B:0.0005〜0.040%、Zr:0.0005〜0.1%、La:0.0005〜0.040%、Ce:0.0005〜0.040%及びCa:0.0005〜0.030%からなるグループのうち、選ばれた1種または2種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板。
- 質量%で、C:0.1〜1.5%、Mn:15.18〜35%、残りのFe及びその他不可避な不純物からなる素地鋼板を溶融亜鉛メッキ浴に浸漬して素地鋼板の表面に溶融亜鉛メッキ層を形成した後、合金化熱処理して素地鋼板の表面に質量%で、Mn:0.1〜10%、Fe:5〜15%で、残りのZn及びその他不可避な不純物で組成された合金化溶融メッキ層を形成することを特徴とする耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板は、0.01〜3%のAlをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板は、Si:3%以下、Cr:9%以下、Cu:5%以下、Ni:4%以下、Mo:1%以下、Nb:1%以下、V:0.5%以下及びN:0.04%以下からなるグループのうち、選ばれた1種または2種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板は、Sb:0.005〜0.05%をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板は、Sb:0.005〜0.05%をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板は、B:0.0005〜0.040%、Zr:0.0005〜0.1%、La:0.0005〜0.040%、Ce:0.0005〜0.040%及びCa:0.0005〜0.030%からなるグループのうち、選ばれた1種または2種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板は、B:0.0005〜0.040%、Zr:0.0005〜0.1%、La:0.0005〜0.040%、Ce:0.0005〜0.040%及びCa:0.0005〜0.030%からなるグループのうち、選ばれた1種または2種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板は、B:0.0005〜0.040%、Zr:0.0005〜0.1%、La:0.0005〜0.040%、Ce:0.0005〜0.040%及びCa:0.0005〜0.030%からなるグループのうち、選ばれた1種または2種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の耐食性に優れた高マンガン溶融メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
