Description
Claims (3)
- 補機装置に対して電力を供給する第1の電源、前記第1の電源よりも高電位の第2の電源、および前記第1の電源よりも低電圧の第3の電源のいずれかを、フォトダイオードを含むCMOSイメージセンサにおける転送ゲートに切り替えて出力する電源装置において、
前記第2の電源によりバックゲート電圧が印加され、前記転送ゲートに前記第2の電源を出力する第1のトランジスタと、
前記第2の電源によりバックゲート電圧が印加され、前記転送ゲートに前記第1の電源を出力する第2のトランジスタと、
前記第3の電源によりバックゲート電圧が印加され、前記転送ゲートに前記第3の電源を出力する第3のトランジスタと、
前記第2のトランジスタの前段であって、前記第1の電源によりバックゲート電圧が印加され、前記第1の電源を前記第2のトランジスタのソースに出力する第4のトランジスタと
を備え、
前記第4のトランジスタは、前記第2の電源による供給が停止されるとき、前記第1の電源の前記第2のトランジスタのソースへの出力を停止する
電源装置。 - 前記第2の電源による供給が停止されるとき、所定の信号を発生する信号発生部をさらに備え、
前記第4のトランジスタは、前記所定の信号に基づいて、前記第2の電源による供給が停止されるとき、前記第1の電源の前記第2のトランジスタのソースへの出力を停止する
請求項1に記載の電源装置。 - 補機装置に対して電力を供給する第1の電源、前記第1の電源よりも高電位の第2の電源、および前記第1の電源よりも低電圧の第3の電源のいずれかを、フォトダイオードを含むCMOSイメージセンサにおける転送ゲートに切り替えて出力し、
前記第2の電源によりバックゲート電圧が印加され、前記転送ゲートに前記第2の電源を出力する第1のトランジスタと、
前記第2の電源によりバックゲート電圧が印加され、前記転送ゲートに前記第1の電源を出力する第2のトランジスタと、
前記第3の電源によりバックゲート電圧が印加され、前記転送ゲートに前記第3の電源を出力する第3のトランジスタと、
前記第2のトランジスタの前段であって、前記第1の電源によりバックゲート電圧が印加され、前記第1の電源を前記第2のトランジスタのソースに出力する第4のトランジスタと
を備える電源装置の動作方法において、
前記第4のトランジスタは、前記第2の電源による供給が停止されるとき、前記第1の電源の前記第2のトランジスタのソースへの出力を停止する
